This is a stunning 3 bed villa with air con and modern furnishings throughout, all arranged on one level with a dining area for 6 people and french windows leading onto the terrace. It has an open plan lounge/dining room with flat screen 28’ TV, full satellite service (all English sky channels), DVD player, PS 2 and games.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week for 7 people in UK Pounds plus £100 refundable breakages deposit, (£50 per additional guest), £20 per week for cot hire, highchair is available free of charge. The use of the Hot Tub is not included and is an extra £125 per week. Pool heating is also available at a cost of £125 per week.
Changeover day
Changeover day usually Mondays or Fridays. Available from 2pm. Vacate by 10am on day of departure.

The Hot Tub is available at an extra cost of £125 per week, Pool Heating is available at an extra cost of £125 per week, both must be booked in advance if required. The villa has air conditioning throughout at no extra charge, please note we do not accept bookings for same sex groups and the villa is no smoking.

Outside
Very suitable for families as it is set in a private enclosed garden which is not overlooked by any nearby villas. It has a kidney shaped heated swimming pool measuring 4.5x8m with pool slide, New 6 seater Hot Tub (for an additional fee), outside shower and built-in barbecue. There is outside garden furniture and sunbeds for 6 people plus a childrens outdoor little tikes play cottage.
Coast/Beach
Villa Bonita is 5/10 mins walk away from a commercial centre which has a few bars, restaurants, supermarkets, play area, etc.
The main centre and beach of Cala n Bosch is just 1400m away/15min walk and is centred around a pretty marina where there is an extensive selection of shops, bars and restaurants all set around the marina.
There are bouncy castles parks, a water park, arcades, go-kart track and many other attractions for children.
Golf
Golf Son Parc is a championship quality course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike. The course is both challenging and picturesque. It is located just a few hundred metres from the award winning Son Parc beach on the north coast of Menorca . Around the course are wooded hills and a protected wet zone with a rich variety of bird life. In the distance are views of Monte Toro, Menorca 's highest point.
You Can hire,trollies and buggies, approx 35/40 minute drive.
If you want to play in the peak summer season and especially if you want to play at the most popular times (up to about 11 in the morning and after 4 in the afternoon) we strongly recommend that you book in advance.

Sailing - take a days trip out sailing and experience something new. Daily departures are from Cala Galdana and Ciutadella at 10.15am and come back at 6pm that evening the yacht holds

Windsurfing - Punta Prima beach has fine white sand to one side and rocks to the other. Located close to Sant Luis, there are pedaloes, windsurfing, and sailing equipment available to hire, and parking facilities

Travel
45 mins drive from airport, car hire is not required, please ask for minibus details as taxi from the airport costs approx 70/80 euros one way.
Distances
Cala n Bosch beach is next to the marina and is a shallow, gently shelving sandy cove that's perfect for children. The bigger beach of Son Xoriguer is also within walking distance and there's a great selection of water sports available there. A local bus service runs to the beach and resort regularly and is within walking distance from the villa and as the local transport is very good in the resort car hire is not essential.
Further details
This resort is probably one of the most fashionable places on the island and it’s only approx 9km south of Ciutadella. The marina with it’s trendy bars and restaurants dominate this area, making it ideal if you’re looking for lively entertainment in the evenings. Close by the resort of Son Xoriguer has two large beaches offering everything from pedaloes to scuba-diving courses. The mini-train runs to and from Son Xoriguer during the day. The main shopping area is around the north end of the marina; here you will find a good range of shops to browse through and pick up and few souvenirs along the way. If you don’t have a hire car, there is a regular bus service to Ciutadella each day allowing you to explore further a field.

Please contact owner via email to check availability, deposits of approx 30% required to secure dates, then the balance plus a breakages deposit of £100 (which will be refunded after your holiday) is payable 8 weeks before holiday. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for 2011/12. The price stated is for the villa and up to 7 people. Cots are an extra £20 per week and welcome packs are available at a cost of 15 pounds.
