Superbly presented country home in a tranquil setting. The property comprises 2 houses within its private 4 acre estate. Originally dating back 400 years the home has been completely renovated to provide comfortable, modern accommodation. The views from both houses are simply stunning. The swimming pool is totally private with a large deck area for enjoying the views. In the main house is a handmade kitchen, dining area, cloakroom and lounge with wood burning stove. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms both with en-suite facilities. The second house is a studio with en-suite shower-room, country views and patio doors directly onto the pool area. There are various gardens and terraces for dining and relaxing including a BBQ.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrive after 3pm and check out by 10am. The towels and bed linen are provided. Pool towels are provided at 10 euros per week payable locally. Bedlinen and towels will be changed once a week.
Notes on accommodation
Note: The properties will not be let out to separate parties.
The property has underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner so is suitable for winter holidays too. As with many houses in the countryside power is supplied by a high tech generator system. A sofabed in the lounge can accomodate an extra 2 people if required.

Sorry the property is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The private swimming pool is 8x4m within a large decked area with railings. A child safety fence can be erected, please ask. There are landscaped Mediterranean gardens, a small wood, a field and 4 acres to explore. There are numerous fruit trees providing olives, figs, oranges, lemons, pears and grapes.
Coast/Beach
It is a 15 minute drive to the nearest beach at Can Picafort. Alcudia beach is a further 10 minutes.
Travel
Palma airport is approximately 40 minutes using the Inca motorway. A car is essential.
Distances
Llubi 1km. Inca 8km. Sineu 4km.
Further details
Llubi is a quiet village of around 2000 people. There are various bars, restaurants, banks, small supermarkets, a small petrol station and a weekly Tuesday market.
The house is a great base for cycling holidays as it is situated right on a main cycling route. We welcome parties of cyclists.
Booking notes
20% booking deposit and remainder 6 weeks before arrival. Security deposit of £200 to cover breakages, loss, cleaning.
