Changeover day
The villa is booked from Saturday to Saturday during the high season but is more flexible May and October.
Check in from 4pm and check out is 10am. (Earlier/later maybe possible). An English representative will be on hand for the duration of your stay.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is south facing and benefits from breathtaking sunsets. It is fully air conditioned and can be individually controlled in each room. There is a gas barbeque on the pool terrace. The villa has wireless internet and the full sky tv package. Being very central a car is not necessary.
Outside
Leading out from the ground floor there is a covered terrace with a large dining table, chairs and rattan furniture. Down a few steps to a large terrace there are sun loungers, a shower, a barbecue, parasol, pool loungers and an infinity pool. On the first floor terrace there is more rattan furniture.
Coast/Beach
The closest sandy beach is Cala D'Or and is 10 minutes walk away or a few minutes by land train. There are another 5 beaches within the local area and all perfect for the younger swimmers. Each beach offers a variety of watersports and glass bottom boat trips. Mondrago National Park is 10 minutes away by car and is a stunning beach with toilets, restaurants and a small child's play area.
Golf
Vall D'Or Golf Club is just 10 minutes drive away and offers an excellent course. It has a large restaurant/bar and outside dining and offers fantastic views of the coastline. Even if you are not playing a round of golf it is a lovely place for a light lunch or dinner. There are various other courses within a 50 minute drive.

Travel
Cala D'Or is a 40-45 minute drive from Palma Airport. It is not essential to have a car as everything is close at hand and taxis and a land train service the local area.
Distances
The villa is a few minutes walk from the town centre which has restaurants, shops, bars and internet cafes.
Further details
There are several waterparks near Cala D'Or and the closest is just 30 minutes away in Arenal.
There are family shows in Palma Nova and Palma for a good night out.
On a Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday there are local markets.
Scuba diving is also available in the resort.
Bicycles can be hired locally and horse riding can be booked about 5 minutes from the resort.

A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

Just returned from a stunning week at this fantastic villa.The owners were there to greet us, which was a lovely touch and also came to say goodbye when we left.There were 8 adults and 2 children and more than enough space for all of us. We first visited Cala d'Or in 1998 and fell in love with the area.We bought our first house over 7 years ago and have been visiting the area ever since.It has lovely sandy beaches,a stunning Marina and attractive town. Our Casa is more a traditional style within walking distance of all the amenities and the villa is overlooking the Cala d'Or Marina. We like to deal with the whole package and have our English representative to meet all our guests so they can assist them when they arrive. They can discuss the area and the villa and make the guests feel at home very quickly. We can book restaurants for a special occasion or the taxi to and from the airport. Why the owner chose a home in this location
We first saw the land in 2006 and had a dream. Marina View was project managed and built by ourselves and completed in 2008.This year we have had many returning guests.The villa is very central and overlooks the stunning Marina and excusive Yacht Club. The center of Cala d'Or is only five minutes walk away. The villa enjoys many beautiful sunsets over the mountains. The town has lots to offer all the family including thrilling motor boat rides,boat charter,horse riding,quad biking,bicycle hire and lots more. There are lots of restaurants offering typical spanish cuisine or your more traditional english if you prefer. Cala d'Or is a family destination offering shops,beaches,restaurants all on your doostep.

The villa has been finished to very high standard and has a contemporary feel to it. Its beautifully furnished and offers luxury accommodation. Sleeping 10 in five bedrooms over three floors. There are lots of terraces to choose from so when you feel like grabbing five minutes on your own with a good book and glass of wine it isnt a problem. The villa has a pool table,plasma tv's and wireless internet broadband. Each room has its own individual air conditioning and stunning views. The villa is perfect for families and is within walking distance of the Marina and the center of Cala d'Or, the beaches and all its amenities making it a perfect base and a car isnt necessary.
