Casa Sol and Casa Sombre can be rented separately by 2 independent families or 2 families who wish to holiday together. The villas have their own entrances and sun terraces, both of these stylish villas are tastefully furnished and have modern kitchens and bathrooms. Features include Sky UK TV, DVD players and free air conditioning/heating. wifi also available for 2011. Bars, restaurants, shops and beach are all a 5 minute walk.

All prices are in UK Pounds and are per villa per week. 100 pounds security bond taken, payable with deposit, to be returned to your nominated account after villa inspection on leaving. The price includes free air-conditioning or heating, also avail for 2011 free wifi.

| Casa Sombre has lovely views across the swimming pool and the Menorcan countryside. As you enter the villa you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen with oven hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, the villa also has a washing machine. To the right of the villa is the lounge area which has a new quality sofa bed and has the option of sleeping 2 children, Sky TV and a DVD player. To the left is the master bedroom which is tastefully furnished with a lovely comfortable double bed and modern bathroom. The entrance to the villa leads to the pool terrace which has sun loungers, table and chairs and an umbrella to relax by the pool.There is a large family eating area underneath a lovely shaded pergola and is shared between the two villas as is the swimming pool. Notes on accommodation
The villas are located in a quiet residential area in the resort of Cala'n Porter and enjoy lovely views over the swimming pool and the countryside, walled gardens surround the villas which provide a safe environment for children giving parents total peace of mind.
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m with integral steps so is ideal for children and has a night light for swimming after dark, the gardens have little lights making it very pretty to enjoy a quiet drink before going to bed.
Accessibility
The 2 properties are all on 1 level and do not have any internal steps so are suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
Outside
The 8m x 4m swimming pool has integral steps so suitable for children and a night light for evening bathing. The lovely gardens are totally surrounded so safe for children and peace of mind for the parents. The gardens and pool are completely private and not overlooked.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach of Cala en Porter is 8 mins walk from the villa, or a little train can take you to and from the beach. The lovely white sandy beach is fabulous for children, including a children's park, cafes and shop. The gently shelving sea is safe for children.
Golf
Son Parc 18 hole golf course is approx 40 mins drive away from the villa by car and offers professional tuition, buggy and club hire, driving range and a lovely bar and restaurant to relax after a game of golf.
Travel
The airport is approx 15 mins from Cala en Porter, a car hire is not essential as all the resorts amenities and the beach are within walking distance from the villa. The capital of Menorca, Mahon and its lovely port is 20 mins by car.
Distances
The nearest village of San Clement which has supermarkets, shops, cafes etc (as does Cala en Porter) is 5 mins from the resort.
Further details
The villas are located in a quiet residential area, a 5 minute walk from the villas takes you to the resort of Cala en Porter which is one of the original resorts of Menorca and is very well established and very popular with very families who return year after year, and who enjoy a fun filled holiday in a lively resort. Casa Sol and Casa Sombre are situated 5 mins from the resort so a car hire is not essential and after a fun night out you can return to the peace and tranquility of the villas and enjoy a drink before bedtime. The resort hosts many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops and sports bars. The islands largest indoor family entertainment centre 'The Fun House' is a wonderful place to visit and wll keep your little ones entertained. There is a friendly bar where parents can sit and enjoy a cool drink while watching their children play, including snooker, soft play ball centre, wii, sports TVs, Nintendo machines and arcade machines, also live entertainment shows throughout the summer make this a very popular venue for the whole family to enjoy which is also air-conditioned. Snacks and ice creams can also be purchases here. The caves of Xori are located on the headland of the resort and is a beautiful place to visit during the day to enjoy a cool drink while enjoying the magnificent views out to sea, or alternatively for the more adventurous holidaymaker to visit at night where it turns into a disco which is famous for its foam parties. Cala en Porter is a very lively fun packed holiday resort for the whole family.
