Modernised and refurnished apartments overlooking the beautiful Cala'n Porter Bay, the apartments are situated in the front of a complex of 10 apartments, 10 mins walk from the beach, 10 mins walk from the resort centre which has a good choice of bars, restaurants, shops, bank, chemist etc. 10 mins walk from Cova de Xorai, a sightseeing venue by day and transforming into a popular nightclub by night which is open well into the early hours. The apartments are well maintained and provisioned throughout, tiled terraces to the front with patio furniture and a communal swimming pool to the rear with a large sunbathing terrace.

Prices are for the property per week in pounds sterling.
(Please contact owner for full information regarding winter lets (November - February)as a heating charge will need to be applied.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Friday however we can be flexible.
On arrival access is available by 3pm.
On departure property must be vacated by 10am.
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is installed in apartment A which can be used for heating and cooling.
Each apartment also has the following: hairdryer, room fan, iron, ironing board, sunbeds (2 in each apartment).
cots and highchairs are also available.
Accessibility
There is a small step at the apartment's entrance gate and a very small step into apartment B (ground floor). Apartment A is on the 1st floor.
Outside
The tiled patio areas to the front of the apartments have white pvc tables with matching chairs and umbrellas (to protect you from the summer sun!). An aluminium gate secures the front of the properties. To the rear of the apartments is the swimming pool with sunbathing terrace and sunbeds, the pool is regularly cleaned and maintained and is for the sole use of the apartment complex. There is a designated BBQ area near the pool.
Coast/Beach
The gently sloping beach and clear water of Cala'n Porter bay provides you with a safe and enjoyable bathing experience,you can also find pedloe and sunbed hire,a lifeguard,showers,toilets,a gift shop,2 bar/restaurants and a car park.The beach is accessible by foot or road. Driving, it would take a maximum of 5 mins. Walking (utilising the steps from the resort down to the beach) would take 10 mins.
Golf
Son Parc 18 hole golf course is approximately 18km (20-30 minutes drive).
Travel
Mahon International Airport is 10-15 minutes drive (10km) from Cala'n Porter resort. Car hire is not essential as there is a regular bus service during the summer season,a taxi rank locally,and also a novelty tractor train that runs around the resort. however, there are many beautiful,recreational and historical things to do so a car would be useful.
