Our villa is a traditional country house completed 4 years ago, furnished in a luxurious contemporary style. The villa has a private 14m x 7m infinity pool with large terraces. Around the villa are open and covered terraces with outside dining furniture, seating, table tennis and a large gas Weber bbq. The plot is 4 acres with palm, pine trees, pistachio bushes and lawns around the terraces to the pool. From the pool you can see for over 20km to the mountains. One of the best preserved beaches in the Balearics, Es Trenc which is 3.5k long, can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The local port of Colonia Sant Jordi (4km) has a string of attractive beaches. Ses Salines (2km) has good restaurants including Manola, famous fish restaurant. The vibrant city of Palma is 42km (35mins). Bicycles can be hired locally and sport and water activities can be found in Cala D'Or which is 20 mins away. The villa is perfect for a family holiday in a peaceful country setting with everything needed nearb

The bedlinen and towels are changed weekly. Bathroom towels only provided.

Notes on accommodation
Traditional high beamed ceilings keep the villa cool in summer. A selection of DVDs, books are provided. There is an Ipod connection to the music system. On your arrival day we will meet you at an easily reachable location and personally show you around.

Accessibility
Wheelchair inaccessible, children welcome, suitable for elderly or infirm, pets not allowed. This accommodation is only suitable for families. We regret we cannot accept bookings from single sex groups.

Outside
A large private garden and swimming pool, terraces with sunbeds and parasols. A Weber gas bbq and table tennis table. On the terrace there is a table and chairs to seat eight for outside dining and sofas and other lounge chairs.

Coast/Beach
Es Trenc beach, one of the Balearics finest, is reached by car in approx 5 minutes or can be easily cycled to. Beaches at Colonia Sant Jordi are 5 minutes by car and many lovely coves such as Mondrago, Cala Llombards and Cala Santanyi within 20 minutes by car.

Golf
Val D'Or golf club is 20 minutes away with a total of 15 courses on the island.

Travel
Palma airport 45 km. 35 minutes by car mostly motorway.
Car is essential.

Our villa, set in 14,000 sq.m, is situated on higher ground in a rural area close to the villages of Ses Salines and Colonia Sant Jordi. Only 4km from the nearest beach and beautiful port with excellent restaurants and bars. The beach of Es Trenc is a protected area listed in the catalogue of Natural Areas of Special Interest. The salty wet lands behind the beach is host to a great wealth of waterbirds both migratory and domestic.

Booking notes
The villa is our family home and we try to offer all home comforts. If you would like more information please contact us. If you would like to book, we would require 30% of the total rental cost on booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 500 Euros is required and will be refunded within 7 days of departure subject to any damage/breakages. One week is the minimum rental period. Extra days are charged pro rata at the rate for the period.
