The bars and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, and the marina and beaches are only 5/10 minutes walk from the complex. Taxi's, buses and a small train are readily available from Cala Egos.

Notes on accommodation
This fully furnished air-conditioned apartment is perfect for couples and families who like to relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings, yet just be minutes away from all amenities.
A variety of bars, shops and restaurants close by along with the famous marina and beaches set the ideal holiday scene.
The apartment has recently undergone redecoration and modification in 2008, with a child friendly ethic in mind. Therefore smoking is strictly not permitted in the apartment, only on the sun terrace.
Includes flat screen plasma TV with Satellite and all English channels, CD player and the use of the PlayStation 2 and games.

Accessibility
Ground floor property with easy wheelchair and pram access from the rear. Car parking for one car, secure in a complex with security gates.

Outside
Spacious private garden with sun terrace leading out to the many swimming pools which are shared. Patio furniture and sun loungers provided. All of this which is perfect for alfresco dining.

Coast/Beach
Within walking distance from the apartment Cala Egos boasts two glorious beaches called D'es Pou and Cala Egos both beautiful coves, however for those beach lovers who wish to venture further afield around the coast, most other beaches are within short driving distance.

Golf
Only a 10 minute drive to the impressive Vall D'or golf course.

Travel
Cala D'or is situated down on the south east coast of Mallorca, which is 45 minutes drive from Palma airport. Car hire or shuttle bus which both can be arranged at the airport.

Nearest town is Cala D'or, this is within 10-15 minutes walking distance with more bars, shops, restaurants and children's activities. The nearest city is Palma within 1 hours driving distance, which is home to more shops and a bit more Spanish culture if that's what you're looking for.

About the owner
My Name is Daniel Richardson and I live in Northamptonshire in England with my fiance Carly and our five year old son Kyle. I work full time as a construction worker and Carly works part time as a finance administrator. I have owned the property with my father for four years now.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
My father and I brought this property together because we were on holiday in Cala D'or and loved everything about this place. There is something for everyone and this was a real selling feature to us. It has two great beaches, bars, restaurants and a lovely picturesque Marina all within 5 mins walking distance. It is an ideal family holiday as everywhere is so child friendly. Cala D'or is only 45 mins drive from Palma airport south east of Mallorca.

Unique benefits of the property
We provide beach towels and bathroom towels in the apartment, and have a cot and highchair for young children. There are various children's toys for the garden and beach. On the complex you have the choice of 8 communal pools and with 2 children's pools close to the apartment. We have satellite TV, DVD, hifi, PlayStation and air conditioning. Beaches, bars and restaurants are 5 mins walking distance. There is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from both in Cala Egos and Cala D'or all with different menu choices, but if you just decide to stay in and relax in the apartment you can get take aways or even cook yourself as there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk from the complex which is very cheap.
