This private villa is located in a very tranquil area of Santa Ponsa. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, heating, Sky TV, the property is about 15 minutes walk to the centre of the village, beach, restaurants and shops. The villa is just about 5 years old and sits in its own, private garden and has a private pool. The location is off the main roads, so there's little passing traffic. The area is close to all of South West Mallorca's attractions and renting a car would be advisable to take advantage of the good road links to Palma City, the upscale Puerto Portals marina, beautiful beaches and the nearby Sierra Tramuntana mountain range. There are 5 golf courses within about 15 minutes drive too.

Other: There's a garage which is not included in the rental. There's off-road parking behind the electric gates and lots of parking on the street outside the gate.

The villa is very private, easy access (including wheelchair) and the plot is flat. Luscious green gardens all around. Young children need to be monitored as there's a swimming pool.

Accessibility
Easy access from the road and into the property. No steps.

Outside
The plot is about a quarter-acre, fenced all round and the swimming pool is 8 x 3.6m.

Coast/Beach
Santa Ponsa beach is about 5 minutes in the car, about 20 minutes walk.

Golf
Santa Ponsa 1 is about 10 mins drive. Poniente about 15 minutes, as is Camp de Mar. These are all public courses.

Travel
Palma de Mallorca (PMI) is about 25 minutes drive. Renting a car is highly recommended and can be picked up at the airport. Please email and we can arrange your car to be waiting for you on arrival.

Santa Ponsa 5 minutes, Puerto Portals 15 min, Palma City 20 mins, Paguera 10 mins, Puerto Andratx 20 mins.
