Changeover day
The change over day can be flexible to suit flights.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and 1 occasional bed suitable for a child. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning installed. |
| Bathrooms: | Separate bathroom with bath and shower over, washbasin, wc and bidet. |
| Kitchen: | Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster and a good selection of utensils. A 'Cool Oasis' water filter is installed providing a continuous supply of filtered drinking water for you - no need to buy bottled water! |
| Living Rooms: | Within the spacious living accommodation are lounge and dining areas. There is TV offering 'freesat' programmes, DVD player, radio/CD/cassette player. |

The property will be squeaky clean on your arrival and cleaned after departure. Bedlinen, hand, bath and tea towels are provided and will be changed each week. |

Accessibility
Whilst the accommodation is on one level, there are about 10 steps up to the apartment from road level and, therefore would not really suit wheelchair users. It would, however, pose no problem for the elderly in reasonable health.
Outside
The living area opens onto a private and secure terrace. Here you will find dining table with sun umbrella over, chairs, 2 further reclining chairs and 2 sun beds. There is also a built-in barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is situated just 5 minutes walk from one of the loveliest beaches in Menorca. The soft golden sand gently shelving toward the shallow water provides safe bathing for all the family. A small bar at each end of the beach offers drinks and snacks throughout the day. The beach also benefits from supervision by life guards and provision of first aid services throughout the summer.
Golf
The islands only golf course is here in Son Parc. Visitors are welcome both on the course and in the restaurant.
Travel
The apartment is about 25 mins leisurely drive from Mahon airport where taxis are readily available. Alternatively, you may wish to hire a car which you can collect at the airport. The apartment has its own parking space and, whilst a car is not necessary for your stay, you might enjoying exploring the rest of the island.
Distances
Nowhere on Menorca is far - there is a good and regular bus service from Son Parc to Mahon and from there you can get to all other parts of the island. 15 minutes by car gets you to Fornells, Es Mercadal or Alayor, half an hour]s drive takes you to Mahon, beaches on the south coast and Cituadella, the island's old capital, is only 45 minutes away.
Further details
Within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment you will find a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. If you prefer to eat in, the kitchen of the apartment is well equipped and well stocked supermarkets are close by. 2 tennis courts are available to hire as are balls and racquets.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before departure along with £75 security deposit. Keys to and directions to find the apartment will be posted about 2 weeks before travel. Keys to be returned by post after your holiday.
