The villa is situated at 3km of Petra, birth village of Junipero Serra, founder of California. In Petra there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and first aid red cross. In front of the villa in a protected natural area, there is the Bonany Monastery. It is possible to get to the place by car or walking through extraordinary country lanes. From this location, the panorama is excellent.
Further details
The Sineu market is one of the most important and ancient of the island. It is the meeting point of farm dealers. It takes place every Wednesday morning. In this market typical Majorcan products like fruit, vegetables, cheeses, shoes or crafts are sold.
Booking notes
30% deposit on booking via bank transfer and balance must be paid on arrival in cash. Payment is required in euros. Refundable 300 euros security deposit taken the day of arrival in cash against damage or excessive untidiness.

About the owner
We have always worked in the tourist industry. My father had hotels for the last 40 years. I studied Business Administration and learned languages abroad. My mother inherited a part of a farmhouse and a big plot in a very nice area. All these elements brought us the idea of building some beautiful villas for holiday makers. Now our dream has come true!.
