Beautiful villa in a great location, 4 bedrooms sleeping 7/8. Private pool and pretty gardens, just a few minutes walk from the sea with stunning sea views. Less than 4 minutes walk from the beautiful marina area. Really unique villa in a much sought after location, one of just a handful available to let so close to the marina. The villa enjoys a quirky mix of modern facilities and traditional Spanish living. In true Spanish style the living area is upstairs with the sleeping area downstairs, much cooler this way!

Notes on prices
Prices are per week for up to 6 adults/children, if 7 or 8 people occupy the villa this is charged at £45 per person per week extra and £75 per person per week extra in the peak weeks (mid July - end of August).
A cot can be provided on request at £20 per week.
Changeover day
The changeover day is Friday (Saturday is a possibility depending on other bookings in place). In low season (May and October) most days will be considered as long as they fit with other bookings.

Accessibility
This property is not suitable for guests with serious mobility problems due to the stairs.
Outside
Pretty outdoor space which surrounds the villa on all 4 sides. There's a sunken eating area with a large gas BBQ to enjoy those warm summer evenings. Private pool with sun terrace and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Calan Bosch is approx 5-7 minutes walk away from the villa. The beach at Son Xoriguer is approx 15 minutes walk away.
Travel
The only airport in Menorca is Mahon Airport which is approx 55km from Calan Bosch, and takes 40-50 minutes on a non stop car journey (allow for longer is using shared transfers). Car hire is most definitely not needed due to the great location but it's worth considering for at least part of your stay to make the most of your time on this beautiful island. Driving is very easy In Menorca.
Distances
Cuitadella is the old capital of Menorca and is easily accessible by bus, they run every 20 minutes and are very cheap and pleasant to use. It takes approx 30 mins by bus, and about 15 minutes driving by car.
Further details
Within 3-4 minutes walk of the villa there are several supermarkets, bars, restaurants, children's play areas/ball pools, water park, go-kart track, boat trips from the marina, scuba diving courses, internet cafe and WIFI point. The resort caters extremely well for children and families and all of the amenities are within walking distance of the villa.

If you are interested please email to check the dates are available, please enquire even if the dates are shaded as 'unknown' as it could just be that the dates are on hold and not actually booked, if my villa is not available I have details of another in the area that may be. If your dates are available and you wish to book you will be required to pay a deposit of approx 1/3 of the total. The balance will be due 8 weeks before travel.

'The villa was beautiful and I've got to say that the pictures I saw before we went, don't do it justice. Its really lovely. In a great position not too far from the marina and beach. The facilities provided are brilliant. Everything inside the villa was really good and we enjoyed the sea views from the little bar balcony next to the lounge.
