Patio area to the south under tiled roof, overlooking fish pond and gardens. This idyllic spot set in 13.5 acres of secluded farmland is the prefect location for maximum privacy and complete peace.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrivals after 3pm and departures by 11am.

Notes on accommodation
Portable fans are available in each bedroom. Whilst children, historically, have loved the space and facilities it must be noted that there are steps and areas (i.e. pool area) where young children would have to be under adult supervision at all times. Large permanent charcoal barbecue with roof for guest use. Internet connection, via a GPRS modem, is slow but good for emails.

Accessibility
Bedroom 2 and 3 on ground floor level with a few steps up to entrance. Otherwise unsuitable for wheelchair access in the house and pool area.

The farmhouse is situated 4.2km from Arta village, where there is a local market on Tuesdays and a wealth of restaurants and shops.
Capdepera medieval village with castle is 11km away.
Cala Ratjada, 13km away, is a buzzing tourist town with restaurants, popular nightclubs and bars - taxi service available.
Further details
Arta has all amenities, banks, post office, supermarkets etc.
Details of these and recommended restaurants/bars and points of interest will be left in the finca. Water parks, Aquarium, Safari Parks, Go-Karting are all located within an hours drive.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit will be required at time of booking. This can be done either via credit card or Paypal and once this has cleared the booking will be confirmed. The balance will be payable by cash on arrival.
