Changeover day
Arrival after 3pm and departure before 10am. But these times can be flexible depending on bookings.

Accessibility
Unfortunately there are no wheelchair facilities.
Outside
There is a large patio with shaded area for al fresco dinning and extensive garden with sea views. There is a large pool 3 x 8m (unheated). The pool is completely private and for sole use of the clients.
Coast/Beach
All the beaches around Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia are within 15 mins drive.
Golf
The world famous Pollensa Golf Course is 10 mins drive away.
Special interest holidays
Bird watching, Walking, Painting, Golf, Water sports to name but a few of the wonderful activities in this area.
Travel
The finca is on the popular north east side of the island 45 mins from Palma Airport. Car hire is essential.
Distances
15 mins to all the nearest beaches, and to the Port or Old Town of Pollensa.
