Really quiet oasis at only 15 minutes from Palma. The Finnca owns a large plot of land which makes it quiet and private. View on almond trees and garden. Really large pool (11x11 metres). Between Palma and Bunyola, really easy access to and from Palma or the airport excellent location for tranquility in the Summer avoiding Mass turismus and Winter, due to such a close distance to the city and all its entertainment and cultural offer. Location perfect for Hiking and cicling. Owner is an artist so each corner and detail is decorated and designed in a very stylish and creative manner to make your holiday really unforgettable. All furniture is antique and everything in the house hand made. Paintings are all originals. Only two country houses, each one completely private with separate entrances and enclosed huge terraces.

Huge private enclosed terraces for each country house. They are completely separated and absolutely private. Fully equipped with outdoor furniture. Each house has its own covered terrace area providing excellent outside space in case of sun or rain with separate dining furniture. Sun lounge area in each terrace and also by the pool. Huge area by the pool with sun and shade by trees. Pool is 11 by 11 metres.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach 20 minutes drive. Very easy access to the motorway and anywhere in the island.

Travel
Hire car is essential as it is not at walking distance to a village. Only 20 minutes drive from airport or Palma. Really good location to enjoy tranquility and visit the city!

Nearest villages. Equally distant from Bunyola or Santa Maria, 5 minutes drive. Palma, 20 minutes drive. Soller, 20 minutes drive. Valldemossa, 20 minutes drive. Pollensa, 45 minutes drive.

About the owner
Hi, I was born in Mallorca in 1965 and have been working as a professional artist for the past 20 years. I live and work in the main house of the finca you are viewing. Here I have a workshop and showroom.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The Finca has belonged to my family for the last five generations. I have been living here for the past 20 years and just love it and enjoy it every single day. It is my love for this place what has kept me fighting in order to be able to keep it and refurbish it little by little and it is a sort of 'life mission' for me. It is therefore very personal that my clients share and enjoy the very special ambience that exists here and it helps me to improove and work on it every year.

Unique benefits of the property
The finca is like an oasis. It is an extremely large property for the proximity it has to the City of Palma. Nowadays it would not be possible to buy such a property unless it was for a building developement, so it is a very rare thing to enjoy this finca preserved with all its favour. One is at a few minutes drive to the motorway which in about 10 minutes leds you to the parking directly under the Cathedral or any other destination of the island in all directions and at the same time, whilst being in the privacy of your cottage you are completly in a timeless place, ignorant of the intense activity which is going on in the island during the summer months.
