Centrally situated if you wish to venture a little further to the hustle and bustle of Cala d'Or, with abundance of pavement restaurants and bars, which is a pleasant 20 minute walk (approx), as is the stunning marina, with many quayside restaurants and bars, where you will see many luxury boats. You can also charter boats from here if you wish. Also Val D'or golf course is just a 10 minute drive away. The apartment is in a small complex of just 6 other properties. There is also a pool which is set amongst pretty gardens. The apartment also enjoys a large terrace with a luxury six seater dining table where you can sit and enjoy the views and watch the yachts sail past. Inside, the apartment is fitted out with all home comforts including 42 inch plasma TV with full Sky package, DVD player, PlayStation 2 and a selection of games. There is also a travel cot available.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Monday however the apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival.

Bathrooms: Master bathroom is beautifully tiled in natural stone has bath with shower, wc and wash basin.

Kitchen: Brand new fitted kitchen with granite work top, fridge freezer, full size oven, hob, built in microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, it also has a kettle and toaster.
Living Rooms: Living room opens onto the large terrace where there is 6 seater dining table 2 sofas which one converts into a king size bed, coffee table, 42 inch plasma TV with full Sky package, DVD player and PlayStation 2 with a selection of games.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included. The apartment is cleaned once a week.

The apartment has air-conditioning that can be used as heating in the cooler months the bedrooms also have additional ceiling fans. There is also plenty of parking outside the apartment. We request that you do NOT smoke inside the apartment.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor which is reached by a flight of steps.

Outside
There is a shared swimming pool which is situated amongst mature gardens. The pool is surrounded by a paved area for sunbathing or you can seek solace from the heat under the many trees in the garden.

Coast/Beach
There are 2 beaches within close proximity of the apartment. Cala D'Es Pou is 5 mins walk the road and Cala Egos is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Golf
Val D'or 18 hole golf course is a 10 minute car journey away, it has exclusive restaurant, snack bar and large swimming pool, all in luxurious surroundings with panoramic sea views looking out Porto Colom and Cala D'or. Golf clubs and buggies can be hired for an extra charge.

Travel
Transfer time from Palma airport is approximately a 45 minute drive to the apartment. Car hire can be organised from the airport or from Cala D'Or. There are many taxis once at the airport and the average cost of a taxi to Cala d'Or for 4 people is 60 euros. Assistance with transfers to and from the airport will be given if required, please advise accordingly.

Distances
The city of Palma has many sightseeing attractions, including the renowned cathedral along with many shops and restaurants and a day in Palma is well worth it. The caves of Drach at Porto Christo are a 20 minute drive, as is nearby Manacor which is famous for its pearl factories. There are dozens of beaches on the eastern coast to visit although one of the best local ones is Cala Mondrago, near Porto Petro.

Further details
The apartment is only a 5 minute walk away from the main high street in Cala Egos with many shops, bars and restaurants. The marina of Cala D'Or is a further pleasant 15 minute walk with countless quayside restaurants and bars. The main town of Cala D'Or is a further pleasant 5 minute walk where you will find restaurants, shops, boutiques, several banks, hairdressing salons and tourist office.
