Notes on accommodation
Due to the location, luxurious furnishings and an adult swimming pool, which is not supervised, unfortunately the house is not suitable for young children.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users as there are several steps to access the property.

Outside
There is an inviting 11 metre infinity swimming pool surrounded by a lovely private south facing mediterranean garden with sun terraces which enjoy the sun all day, with teak loungers, comfy cushions and large parasols. There is a large covered chill out seating area to one end of the pool as well two outside dining areas, one with a gas BBQ beneath a romantic olive tree and with both enjoying panoramic views to the sea.

Coast/Beach
Many beautiful beaches are just 10 mins drive or less -Salinas (Jockey Club), Cala Jondal (Blue Marlin) and Es Torrent, Es Cubells.

Travel
Conveniently the airport is less than 10 mins drive.

Distances
The villa isjust 6km from Ibiza Town and 10 minutes drive to the pretty villages of San Josef and San Jordi.The airport is also less than 10 minuts drive away.

Booking notes
To secure your booking a non returnable 50% deposit will need to be sent to the bank account of the owner and, once the money is received, confirmation of the booking will be sent. The remaining 50% will need to be paid 5 weeks before arrival. A £1000 security deposit is also payable 21 days prior to arrival and will be returned within 21 days of departure once the owner has confirmed there are no damages.

We had the most wonderful time in your beautiful villa - everything was perfect and it was very difficult leaving. We felt so lucky to have been staying in such an amazing place - it is not always easy to book through a web site but it was everything we hoped for and much more. I am now working on J to take me back next year!! I hope he will be in touch to reserve us a week or two for Summer 2010!
