A lovely ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in a small private complex. The apartment benefits from both a large pool with a waterfall feature and a smaller shaded children’s pool, set in well maintained tropical gardens. It is ideally situated at the edge of the main resort, which is a ten minute stroll away, and from being directly opposite the little beach with it's children’s play area. The apartment itself has a light and airy feel, is air-conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern appliances. The balcony overlooks the pool and benefits from having direct access to the garden via a secured gate.

Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover day and can accommodate midweek arrivals. We would need you to vacate the property by 11am unless you have made alternative arrangements in advance. Keys are available from 4pm.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and is air conditioned. The large window has outside shutters and blinds.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a ceiling fan.
Bathrooms: A newly decorated tiled bathroom with bath, fitted shower, shower door, sink with bathroom cabinets and WC and an extractor fan. Heated towel rail.
Kitchen: The kitchen is modern and open plan to the living area with a breakfast bar with two high stalls. It is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster and has plenty of cupboard storage.
Utility Room: The utility room houses the washing machine and has airing facilities. An iron and ironing board are provided. Cleaning equipment is stored here.
Living Rooms: The living room is light and airy and has patio doors (with shutters) opening onto the ground floor balcony that has a gated pathway direct to the gardens and pool. Two sofas (sofa beds), modern units and satellite TV. DVD player and air conditioning

The apartment is cleaned before arrival with clean linen and bath towels provided. Additional cleaning for those staying for 2 weeks can be provided at an extra cost.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air-conditioning (hot air heating in the cooler months if necessary) and is tiled throughout. There is a cot available. Also available is a safe deposit box.

Outside
The balcony has a dining table and 4 reclining chairs that overlook the gardens and pool. There are well kept lawns directly in front to sunbathe. The pool is laid out in two sections. The large main pool and the seperate children’s pool which is reached by several steps up to the rear of the garden. The children’s area is shaded by three large sails in the height of the season. There is waterfall aspect from the children’s pool down to the large pool.

Coast/Beach
The apartment benefits from being directly across from the small beach with its children’s play area and two local bars. It is a perfect family destination as it is set in a quiet part of Santa Ponsa yet not too far away from the main resort. The larger beach with the many water-sport attractions is a 10 minute stroll away passing the local bars and restaurants as you go. The main resort with its many bars and nightclubs is a further 10 minute walk or a short taxi ride.

Golf
The Santa Ponsa I II III courses are only a 5 minute drive away. The Bendinat course a 10 minute drive. Also close to Santa Ponsa is Poiniente Golf Course which is located at Son Ferrer. Further towards Palma are the courses at Son Vida, and in the other direction, Camp de Mar and Andratx courses are about 15 mins drive.

Travel
The journey from the airport takes around 25 minutes.

Distances
Western Water Park, AquaLand, Golf Fantasia, Pirates Adventure and MarineLand are set in the livlier resorts of Magaluf and Palma Nova which are a 10 minute taxi drive away. The beautiful Marina in Portal Nous is well worth a visit to catch a glimpse of the rich and famous and wander past the designer shops. There is a bus service that runs to many of the nearby resorts and direct to Palma, which, with it's beautiful Cathedral, cobbled streets and squares and cafe culture is well worth a visit.

Booking notes
Bookings can be made by email, phone or fax. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required when booking the apartment. The remainder of the balance needs to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable £200 breakage deposit is also required.
