Ground floor very suitable for children and elderly people with lovely private garden. Thick flowering hedge of oleander. First floor has one flight of steps to climb. Both have air-conditioning and electric heating.

Ground floor apartment can be accessible for wheelchair users. However, has one step up to apartment. Bathrooms not big enough for wheelchair. First floor apartment not suitable for disabled persons.

Owner profile
About the owner
We rent the two apartments Dna. Rafaela, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor in the same building. They belong to my Mallorquin husband, Antonio. His father had the house built some 25 years ago. We have been renting to tourists since 2005. In 2006 we renovated the apartments.
We live about 4 km outside of Pollensa in the mountains in a 200-year old finca, or farmhouse, with dogs, cats and chickens.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The apartments are situated between Calle Formentor and Calle Pescador with entrances to both streets. Calle Pescador runs parallel to the Pinewalk. The main promenade is approx. 10 mins. walk away and the beach is 50 meters away. There are many restaurants nearby.
The house lies in a quiet area and is very popular because of its location and the private garden on the ground floor.
The first floor apartment has a sea view as it lies between the two front houses.

Within walking distance to the centre so a car is not necessary.
It has a baby pool in the garden and is very close to the beach.
