Supermarket in Calle Pescador, approx 80 meters away. First floor apartment has a balcony with sea view on one side and mountain view on the other side. Balcony has wicker basket furniture. The apartment is cut the same as the ground floor, ie 3 beds and 2 baths and is equipped the same way. Apart from Bay of Pollensa beach there are several other good beaches nearby, Cala San Vicence, Formentor and Alcudia. 2 of the best golf courses on the island nearby. Easy access to motorway to Palma only 45 mins away.

Ground floor very suitable for children and elderly people with lovely private garden. Thick flowering hedge of oleander. First floor has one flight of steps to climb. Both have air-conditioning and electric heating.

Ground floor apartment can be accessible for wheelchair users. However, has one step up to apartment. Bathrooms not big enough for wheelchair. First floor apartment not suitable for disabled persons.

Ground floor apartment has a large private garden towards the seafront with wooden furniture, including table, chairs, umbrella, loungers, baby pool, hose, and a kitchen garden at the back for drying clothes.
First floor apartment has 2 balconies, one with sea view and one with mountain view. Wicker basket balcony furniture, table, chairs and bench.

50 meters from Puerto Pollensa beach by foot. 17km away from Formentor beach by car or bus and approx 15km away from Alcudia beach by car or bus. Cala San Vicente beaches are about 10km away by car or bus.

Travel
Nearest airport is Palma, approx 54km away. Car hire is not essential in Puerto Pollensa as everything is within walking distance, only if interested in other parts of the island.
