In just a short 3 minute walk, you will be at the local store that sells a selection of best local produce (including Ibiza's own olive oil), an excellent market of international products and a little cafe with the best cafe con leche and irresistible jamon serano toasted sandwiches! The villa has modern, polished cement floors throughout, has been used for photo shoots in various high-end magazines, has both wonderful indoor-outdoor spaces, with all 5 double bedrooms facing the view. All rooms have their own wc and shower with 3 of the guest suites having a private entrance. Utility room with washer/dryer. Separate TV room with 40" TV and satellite. Fully equipped kitchen. The outside space of Casa Moulay is exceptional. There is outside dining for 14, terraces of 150sq.m, white wooden decking of 160sq.m, 3000sq.m of land. An outside chill-out that seats 15 with Bose speakers and connection for your iPod. Your private pool has sun loungers for 10. The master suite has a day bed on the terrace for a lazy afternoon siesta.
Coast/Beach
Ibiza is famous for her beaches and there are many near to Casa Moulay. If you enjoy excellent seafood, then Es Torrent, beautiful little cove, is 10 minutes away and serves the best fish on the island. Cala Jondal, also 10 minutes, has Yemanja and Blue Marlin. The latter reminiscent of a Bali style beach club where the beautiful people hang out. Salinas is just 15 minutes away and boasts an incredible long sandy beach with 5 beach clubs for various tastes. Sunset beaches Cala Comte 15 minutes.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses 30 minutes from the villa. A 9 hole and 18 hole course.
Travel
The airport is just 15 minutes from the villa.

San Jose is 4km. Ibiza Town is 15km. Airport 15km.
