Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible depending on other bookings and time of year, we will always do our best to accommodate.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe, air-con unit and room fan. Bedroom 2 with twin wooden framed beds, wardrobe, air-con unit and room fan. |
| Bathrooms: | New fully tiled bathroom with sink unit, walk in shower, wc - no bath available. |
| Kitchen: | New contemporary kitchen with granite work surfaces, sink, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob - oven, fridge, cutlery, iron + ironing board, clothes airer, etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious living room with sofa and chairs, small dining table, TV and DVD player but no satellite or local TV available (only able to play DVDs). No air-conditioning unit in this room but large room fan provided. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment will be clean on arrival, towels and linen are included in the rental price. A weekly linen change is included if the stay is over 10 nights. For 10 night stays this service can be provided although a charge will be made. |

Coast/Beach
The Port of Mahon is the hub of activity in Menorca and is one of the most spectacular natural harbors in the world. Some of the best beaches in Menorca are only a 20 minute drive from the Port.
Travel
Mahon Airport is approx 15 min drive from the port.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total charge is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
Once the 25% deposit is accepted you will be responsible for the full balance.
In the event of a cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the accommodation will be charged in full unless we are able to re-let.
Keys and helpful information about the apartment will be sent to you on receipt of the balance.
