There are 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms, a fabulous kitchen/diner and contemporary bathroom complete with wet area. The much sought after area of Port Adriano has a wealth of fantastic restaurants, bars and amenities on your doorstep. Equally, the South West of Mallorca offers many different attractions to suit all tastes; from the shops and city life of Palma to the mountain top views at Valldemossa!

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day. On the day we ask that you arrive after 4pm and on departure, leave before 12pm although we try to accommodate all arrival and departure times if at all possible.

The apartment will have been fully cleaned and prepared ready for your arrival with all linen, towels and pool towels included. For holidays of 2 weeks or more, linen and towels changed weekly. Additional maid service can be organised if required. |

Outside
Just in front of the apartment directly on the beach is a bar/restaurant area with a large pool and sunbathing areas. For a nominal fee (3 euros) residents can use these facilities (pool/bar closed November - March). The large balcony of the apartment is ideal for watching the sunset. Port Adriano is currently undergoing an expansion to add another 82 moorings which will allow it to host much larger yachts.
Golf
The excellent climate provides for year round golf. There are 17 golf courses in stunning locations on the island, 7 within 15 minutes drive of the apartment. Golf 1 & 2 in Santa Ponsa is 5 mis away by car whilst Poniente is 10 minutes away. There is the beautiful course at royal Golf Bendinat which is 15 minutes away. To the south-west is Golf D'Andratx, to the east is Son Entem and Son Vida - the choice is yours!
Special interest holidays
The port also has a diving school and charter brokerage. There are a number of cycle tracks around Santa Ponsa and the area is ideal for those who enjoy walking. For the more adventurous you can do both of these through the famous Tramuntana Mountains from Andratx to Pollensa.
Travel
The airport at Palma (PMI) is about 20km away which is about 25 mins drive or about a 35 euro taxi ride. El Toro is well served by buses with a public bus that stops regularly outside the apartment with regular services to Santa Ponsa, Magaluf and Palma. A car is not needed but recommended if you wish to appreciate the full beauty of the island. Taxis operate regularly in the area and are inexpensive and reliable. An airport pick up and drop off service is available for a maximum of three people

We use an English family agency in Santa Ponsa who are available throughout your stay to deal with any queries and offer any help and advise that you may need. This is our family apartment in Mallorca and will provide all home comforts you normally miss on holiday.
The beautiful Port Adriano is within walking distance with a lovely beach, 5* hotel, several shops and fabulous restaurants specialised in everything from local cuisine, fish and pizzas. Santa Ponsa is 5 minutes away with its golden sandy beach and holiday atmosphere, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The fashionable "celebrity" Portal Portals has many chic restaurants and the beautiful architectural city of Palma with its cathedral and shopping malls.
Booking notes
Prices shown are for the property, per week in UK pounds (we accept euros at current exchange rate) and include linen and towels. Short and long term lets are available. A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking and final balance will be due 6 weeks before the holiday. A security deposit of £250 is required with final payment which will be fully refundable when the keys have been returned and our agents tell us there is no damage to the apartment and no excess cleaning was required
