We believe our villa is an ideal "home from home" base for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Set within a mature, well maintained garden, it is a single storey detached property, offering light, airy and spacious accommodation. It has an attractive and very sunny private front terrace with a good sized swimming pool - this is solely for your own use and enjoyment. The main entrance to the villa is via the large lounge/dining room, which has two patio doors opening onto a covered terrace. A further entrance is at the rear. The villa enjoys the benefits of a separate kitchen, which is spacious, modern and fully equipped.

Changeover day
Rentals are normally on a Friday to Friday basis, but some flexibility in off peak weeks may be possible.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with king size bed and full length mirror. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds. Bedroom 4 with double bed and full length mirror. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with walk-in shower, wc and sink. A hairdryer is available. Family bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and sink. |
| Kitchen: | The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. White goods include electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a cool box and plenty of plastic containers for family trips to the beach! |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge/dining area is equipped with 2 large comfy sofas, air conditioning, satellite with LCD TV, DVD player and iPod dock. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
We will personally ensure that the villa is clean and prepared prior to your arrival. Towels and linens are provided and will be changed on a weekly basis. Please bring your own towels for beach/sunbed use. |

Notes on accommodation
We have travel cots and high chairs available on request.
Outside
For outside use, we have a range of garden furniture, including sunbeds, dining table and chairs. A gas BBQ is provided.
Coast/Beach
Less than a 5 minute drive away, is the superb sandy beach of Son Parc, with bar and restaurant area. The water is clean and clear with a shallow gradient, making it ideal for children and adult bathers.
Golf
The entrance to the Islands only golf course is just a 2 minute drive away. In addition to the 18 hole course, there are tennis courts, a driving range and a putting area available. The golf club benefits from a restaurant and bar, with terraces overlooking the course.
Travel
The airport of Mahon is just a 30 minute drive away and in order to enjoy the island to the full, we would recommend that clients hire a car. Note that we do offer a courtesy meeting service at the airport to help ensure that your transfer to the villa is stress free.
Distances
Local supermarkets, the golf club and a number of bars and restaurants are just a 2 minute drive away. The small towns of Mercadal, Fornells and Alayor are approx a 15 minute drive away, offering further shopping and good restaurants. Mahon, the capital of Menorca and the impressive Port of Mahon are both just a 20 -25 minute drive from the villa.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 20% is payable at the time of booking. The balance will be required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The rental period is from 3.00p.m on the day of arrival to 9.45 a.m. on the day of departure.
