Electricity meter available for readings upon arrival and on the day of departure. Deposit of 300 euros required to cover electricity bill, breakages and Villa keys and gate control switch in the case of loss. All payable upon arrival when collecting the keys. Safety Deposit Box available.

Coast/Beach
The villa is situated 3km away (5 minutes drive) from the white sandy beaches of Ca'n Picafort and Playa de Muro. Beaches Can Picafort are two in total, and perhaps the best beach of the two is in the Baulo district, with it's adjacent nature reserve as well. There's quite a few bars and restaurants and a nice pedestrian only promenade, all with a laid back feel.
Golf
Alcanada Golf Course is 12kms from Ca'n Picafort. Pollensa Golf Course is 30 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
Highly suitable for walking, trekking, bird watching, cycling. The property is situated 4kms from Albufera Nature Reserve.
Travel
Palma airport is situated 55kms away from the property. Car hire is essential if you would like to explore the island during your stay. The nearest private hospital is Hospital General de Muro, situated in Playa de Muro, 10 minutes drive away from the villa. The nearest public Health Centre is situated in Ca'n Picafort, which is 5 minutes drive away from the villa.
Distances
The villa is situated 3kms away from the tourist resort of Ca'n Picafort, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The nearest big supermarket is EROSKI. The nearest tennis courts are in Ca´n Picafort (Polideportivo) and Playa de Muro (Lagotel Club). Diving available in Ca'n Picafort. Ca´n Picafort market is on Fridays. Alcudia market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Horse Riding in Ca´n Picafort. The old town of Alcudia is situated 9kms away from the villa.

We can help you make arrangements for horse riding, diving, water skiing. We can recommend good restaurants both in Ca'n Picafort and the Port of Alcudia. When you arrive, you will receive a complimentary coupon to visit Palma Aquarium, whereby you will receive a gift when purchasing your tickets at the counter.
