Suitable for wheelchair access. The villa is air-conditioned or heated throughout. It is especially suitable for children as the whole property is securely fenced and gated. Gated swimming pool. Electricity meter available for readings upon arrival and on the day of departure. Extra beds can be arranged at an extra charge. Cots and high chairs provided free of charge.

This property has been specially designed to allow wheelchair access. Hydraulic Pool Immersion chair available for guests wit mobility problems. The swimming pool is fully fenced and gated. Roman steps. Size 5m x 10m. Children area of Pool separated by gate from adult pool. The depth of the children area is 50 cms. The size of the pool's kids corner is 2 x 2m.
Outside
The property is ideal for cyclists for its location, as it is situated on a cycling route. Surrounded by large landscaped gardens, table tennis, children play area with slide, swings, see-saw, etc. All sorts of fruit trees and flowers, palm trees, olive trees are planted on the surroundings of the property. Ample car parking space available. Hydraulic pool chair for guests with mobility problems. There are 16 sunbeds and 8 parasols available at the pool. Outdoor shower by the pool. Pool is cleaned 4 times a week. Disinfection of the pool is carried out by way of Oxywhite and ultraviolet lamp. 2 outdoor barbecues with table and chairs. Table tennis available. Bats and balls provided. 2 adjacent and communicating main entrances to the property with two gates leading to ground floor and basement respectively.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated 2.5 km away (5 minutes drive) from the beaches of Ca'n Picafort and Playa de Muro. Beaches Can Picafort are two in total and perhaps the best beach of the two is in the Baulo district, with it's adjacent nature reserve as well. There's quite a few bars and restaurants and a nice pedestrian only promenade, all with a laid back feel.
Golf
Alcanada Golf course is 15km drive away. Pollensa Golf course is 30km drive away.
Special interest holidays
The north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Ideal for walking and trekking (Torrent de Pareis) The weather in the autumn and spring is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife. Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with its spectacular scenery.
Travel
Palma airport is situated 55km away from the property. Car hire is essential if you would like to explore the island during your stay. The nearest private hospital is Hospital General de Muro, situated in Playa de Muro, 10 minutes drive from the villa. The nearest public Health Centre is situated in Ca'n Picafort, which is 5 minutes drive from the villa.

The villa is situated 2 kms away from the tourist resort of Ca'n Picafort, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The nearest big supermarket is EROSKI. The nearest tennis courts are in Ca´n Picafort (Polideportivo) and Playa de Muro (Lagotel Club). Diving and Jetski available in Ca'n Picafort. Ca´n Picafort Market is on Fridays. Alcudia Market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Horse Riding in Ca´n Picafort. The old town of Alcudia is situated 9kms away from the villa.

Booking notes
25% deposit required at the time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of 300 euros is payable upon arrival to cover electricity consumption, any breakages or replacement of keys/gate remote control.
