Fully adapted for guests with mobility problems (fitted pool immersion chair, ramps and whole ground floor). Built on top of a little hill, 2 kms away from the beaches of Ca'n Picafort and Playa de Muro, shops, bars and supermarkets. The house is built on a plot with 350 sqm living surface, surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens with palm trees, olive trees and built-in BBQ. Large outdoor play area with swing, slide, see-saw, sand pit and table tennis. Large parking space available. Swimming pool is cleaned and rubbish is collected on a daily basis.

Ground floor - 4 en-suites with wheelchair adapted showers with chairs.
Kitchen: Two kitchens on ground floor and 1st floor. Both have wooden fitted base and top units with marble work surfaces. Well equipped with crockery, cutlery, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 kettles, 2 toasters, 2 electric coffee machines and 2 fridge-freezers.
Utility Room: 2 washing Machines, 1 iron and 1 ironing board and both indoor and outdoor clothes hanging rail. Clothes washing basket and pegs. One hairdryer.
Living Rooms: Two large living rooms, fully air-conditioned/heated, fully equipped (two sofa beds on ground floor), (leather sofas on first floor), coffee tables, Satellite dish, 28 and 32 inch TV, radio and CD players.
Other: Outdoor conservatory with large oak table and 16 wooden dining chairs. Indoor chest of table and chairs. Gated Swimming Pool.

Notes on accommodation
Electricity meter available for readings upon arrival and on the day of departure. Security deposit of 300 euros required to cover electricity, breakages, cost of replacement of villa keys and gate remote control switches and any damage caused to the Villa. This is payable upon arrival when collecting the keys.
Children Play Area includes swing, see-saw, slide and small playhouse.

Villa fully adapted throughout for wheelchair users. Hydraulic pool immersion chair for guests with mobility problems. Toilets with grab bars available. Special shower chairs available for wheelchair users. Ramps to main entrance and towards the pool available. Property is fully fenced and there is an electric gate at the entrance of the villa.

Width 6, length 15 and max depth 2,1m. Children's pool is oval shaped. Width 6, length 14 and max depth 0-50cm. 22 sunbeds and 8 parasols available at the pool. Outdoor shower by the pool. Stone trampoline available. Pool is cleaned every day. Disinfection of the pool is carried out by way of Oxywhite and ultraviolet lamp. Outdoor barbecue and outdoor marquee with table and chairs. Two Table tennis boards. Bats and balls provided.

Coast/Beach
The villa is situated 2 kilometres away from the beaches of Ca'n Picafort and Playa de Muro. Maximum 5 minutes drive from city centre and the beach. Can Picafort is a small and friendly Majorca resort with real character on the eastern tip of the beautiful Bay of Alcudia. Can Picafort offers all the traditional Mallorca resort facilities, including superb sandy beaches, go-karting, lots of shops and bars and watersports.

Golf
Alcanada Golf Course is 15 minutes drive from Ca'n Picafort. Pollensa Golf Course is 30 minutes drive.

Special interest holidays
The north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Mallorca is ideal for both walking and cycling. S'Albufera Nature Park (Playa de Muro), it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics. The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which has converted into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife. Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with its spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads.

Travel
Palma airport is situated approximately 55 kms away from the property. Car hire is essential if you would like to explore the island during your stay. The nearest private hospital is Hospital General de Muro, in Playa de Muro, 10 minutes drive away from the villa. The nearest public Health Centre is situated in Ca'n Picafort, which is 5 minutes drive away from the villa. Nearest commercial port is in Alcudia.

Distances
The villa is situated 2km away from the tourist resort of Ca'n Picafort, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The nearest big supermarket is Eroski Center. The old town of Alcudia is 15 minutes drive from the villa. The town of Puerto Pollensa is 20 minutes drive from the Villa. The nearest beach is "Caseta des Capellans" beach in Ca'n Picafort.

Further details
The villa is air-conditioned and/or heated throughout. It is especially suitable for children as the whole property is securely fenced and gated (with a door lock). Nearest restaurant "Arco Iris" is located just a short walk from the Villa. Nearest supermarket "Eroski" is literally under 5 minutes drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended.
