Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday- however we can be flexible- arrival from 2pm, departure by 10am.

Linen and towels are included. The villa is cleaned once a week with a complete laundry change. The pool is cleaned twice a week and the gardens maintained. |

Accessibility
The entire villa is on one level with access from gated entrance fro the road. There is ample parking for several cars which can drive right up to front entrance.
Outside
Stunning landscaped gardens which has a backdrop of bright pink bougainvilleas, they contain many palms, olive trees, lavenders and brilliantly coloured Mediterranean plants. There is a large square turquoise tiled pool for the exclusive use of the villa. The large terrace has relaxing sofas, a modern table and chairs for 8-12 guests and there are cushioned sunbeds for those wonderfully sunny days. There are parasols for a bit of shade and a gas BBQ r for alfresco living.
Coast/Beach
This stunning villa is located between 2 of the best known beaches in Menorca, Punta Prima and Binibeca both about 5 mins by car. There is a rocky coastline for snorkelling etc 5 minutes walk away and beautiful coastal walks. There are maps and information about the island provided.
Golf
There is one golf course on Menorca at Son Parc about 25 min drive
Special interest holidays
There are numerous diving schools within a 10 minute drive. Water skiing, fishing, power boat lessons etc are all available . Please ask the owner for information.
Travel
The airport is Mahon and about 20 mins drive. There are 2 ferry terminals, one in Mahon for the normal ferry to Barcelona, and the fast ferry to Majorca or Barcelona in Ciutadella (approx 1 hour). We can organise car hire at usual rates. Also boat hire is available upon request.
Distances
The nearest town is Sant Lluis 4 km (5/10 mins drive). The nearest resort Punta Prima 1/2 Km (10 mins walk).Bini Becca beach 5 mins drive.The Capital Mahon and Port 8 Km (15/20 mins drive).
Further details
Menorca is a fantastic location for a truly relaxing holiday. It has an amazing assortment of good restaurants, shopping and historical sites to visit. It also has more beaches than both Majorca and Ibiza put together, some of which you can only get to by boat. It is the most unspoilt of the islands retaining much of its original charm. We recommend a visit to the charming harbour of Calas Fonts and can recommend many off the beaten track restaurants and hidden treasures having lived here for several years.
Booking notes
We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking with the remainder due for payment 8 weeks prior to departure. At this time we would ask for a £250 'good housekeeping' deposit to be returned after your stay. We can accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or bankers draft.

About the owner
My family lived in Menorca for several happy years until business ties meant we had to spend more time elsewhere. We love the peace and nature of Menorca and we have many wonderful friends who we see as much as we can. We also simply adore the relaxed atmosphere of Menorca and Mediterranean life and try and spend as much time as our business will allow to enjoy our lovely home as much as possible.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Our lovely villa is situated between 2 of the best beaches on the south coast, only 15 minutes drive to the main Port of Mahon and the airport. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the sea. The views from the villa are country and sea. Set in beautiful gardens with other similar homes it is very peaceful and tranquil and ideal for a wonderfully relaxing vacation, yet only a short distance to the Capital Mahon with its fascinating harbour, yachts and expensive powerboats where you can people watch all day.

One of the main benefits of our super modern villa is the peaceful location, and the sheer ease of living in a light airy environment. The large open plan lounge has huge ceiling to floor windows which open onto the large terrace and pool. there are sun loungers set around the pool for up to 12 people with outside dining , wonderfully comfortable rattan sofas, a gas bar-b-cue,
in fact everything you need for entertaining or being alone. The bedrooms are cool even on a hot day and the huge shower/bathrooms are luxurious.The kitchen is large & modern and equipped with 2 large fridge/freezers with ice-maker( essential for the gin & tonic) and a super breakfast bar. The villa interiors are designed to be comfortably easy & stylish. WiFi ,Ipod,Sky and music system installed for your use.
