Notes on accommodation
No pets and no smoking inside apartment. Air-conditioned living room and bedroom. Not suitable for those requiring wheelchair access or those with walking difficulties due to steps up to the apartment. No children.
Outside
Beautifully maintained landscaped gardens surround the large communal swimming pool. Access to the complex is by code through electric gates and there is one parking space allocated.
Coast/Beach
5 - 10 minutes walk to the nearest small beach. Other nearby beaches include Cala Santandria, Sa Caleta, Cala Blanca, Cala en Blanes - all within a 5 - 10 minute drive.
Travel
Mahon airport is a 45 minute drive. Hire car recommended though not essential.
Distances
5 -10 minutes walk into the historic city of Cuitadella with its wealth of shops, bars, restaurants and amazing history and architecture.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday. If booked less than 10 weeks before departure - full payment is required. All clients required to arrange their own travel insurance and flights.
