El Puerto is an exclusive new residential complex which consists of six blocks of dwellings, very close to Marina Cala D'or and all its facilities, there are landscaped gardens and also a large swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residents. The apartments are very close to all amenities including good restaurants, beaches and shopping. Our apartment is on the ground floor and therefore benefits from a large garden and patio area with table and six chairs. Built to a high specification which includes air-conditioning and heating and fully fitted kitchen. The complex offers a quiet location but only minutes from the town, restaurants and beaches.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is on the ground floor occupying a large corner plot, which benefits from all day sun. We will arrange for you to be met and given keys and shown the apartment complex. Other apartments on the complex are available if travelling with friends and family.
Accessibility
Ground floor, there are no steps to the main entrance making accessibility easy.
Outside
Private swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residents, there is also a shallow part which is designed for children, surrounding the pool are sun loungers and umbrella stands. There are private gardens which surround the whole of the complex.
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches, and calas, a ten minute walk from the apartment which includes the beautiful beach of Es Forti. Ten minutes drive away is the stunning area of natural beauty the Bay of Mondrago with turquoise seas and shelving water, this can also be accessed by taxi, or local bus/open air train. Further afield is the delightful area of Es Trenc which is a stretch of outstanding white beach with shallow waters.
Golf
Vall D'or golf course is some 7 kilometres from Cala D'or.
Travel
Palma de Mallorca airport is approximately 60 kilometres by road, Cala D'or is situated in the south east of the Island and just 45 minutes from the airport. Car hire is recommended to make travelling easier and is available to book online and pick up at the airport. Taxi fare is approximately 60 euros each way.
Distances
Within 30 minutes are the villages of Calonge, Porto Petro, Porto Colom, Santanyi, Felantix.
Further details
In Cala D'or there are many shops and restaurants, banks are readily available including cash point machines. Santanyi has a very good market on every Saturday.
Booking notes
25% deposit required to confirm booking, balance will be due 6 weeks prior to departure. A small security deposit will be required.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Cala D'or - your apartment is lovely - it had absolutely everything we needed and the terrace and garden were a lovely break from the scorching weather we had. Victoria made loads of friends around the pool which enabled us to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We loved the marina area and spent many eveningsm just wandering around watching the boats. All in all a marvellous time and wold have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends, thanks again for your help in arranging the booking, and for helping us to enjoya wonderful holiday.
Just a few lines to say that we enjoyed our stay at you apartment, we found it comfortable and well appointed and the beds were a dream, we loved Cala D'or and enjoyed the walks to the little coves and around the marina
