Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK pounds. Maximum occupation 6 people. The minimum stay is 1 week. The price includes a welcome pack upon arrival and the apartment will be fully cleaned and new linen/towels provided every Saturday.

Notes on accommodation
STRICTLY NO SMOKING. This magnificent air conditioned apartment has been recently comprehensively refurbished to the highest specifications as the owners' 2nd home. Stone arches and marble floors give a spacious, open-plan feel to the apartment which also features a beautiful, fully fitted kitchen with granite surfaces. However, the main features are the breathtaking Mediterranean views. Facing due south and directly on the front-line the apartment is flooded with sunlight and cooled by sea breezes all day. Tastefully furnished to present a clean, uncluttered ambience for a relaxing Mediterranean holiday. A welcome pack is provided. Pets are not allowed at the club.

Outside
The club is accessed via a security gate and the apartments are in Mediterranean style in 3 lines. This apartment is directly on the front-line. There is parking at street level. The sun terrace overlooks the private beach and the private bay, and then directly out to the sea. The private beach is easily reached by a short stairway. The club has extensive tropical gardens which incorporate 5 different swimming pools and a tennis court as well as other facilities. The Anchorage Club has 24 hour security.
Golf
Many excellent course on the island. The nearest course is Royal Bendinat only 5 minutes away. Guests at the Anchorage enjoy a discount at this club.
Travel
The airport is only 20 minutes drive and there are ferries to the other Balearic Islands as well as mainland France and Spain. Palma is reachable by car in only 10 minutes. Access to the motorway network is widely available. There are local shops but a car is likely to be required to enable full enjoyment of this wonderful island.
