Only 25 mins from Palma Airport, the apartment has 2 large bedrooms, the double with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with separate shower room. The apartment also features a large dining area and lounge from which you can enjoy the views of Santa Ponsa Bay. Talking of which, the views from the balcony are simply stunning and have that wow factor, you will not want to leave the apartment! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for ease (including microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle etc). The apartment has a shared pool, table tennis facilities and is only 1 min from the beach from a secured back gate. Both the apartment and the resort are ideal for families and the disabled with no lifts nor stairs to use. Outside the main front door you are faced with all the amenities you could wish for - supermarkets, bars and restaurants, all of which are family orientated and within 1 min walk. Am sure one visit will lead to many more in years to come!

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds Sterling.
Please note that an extra £100 will be added to the above price for the Christmas/New Year period from 18 December - 3 January 2011. Easter 2011 falls from 15 April - 1st May 2011 and for Half Term breaks.

Per night prices are for a maximum of 3 nights only.

Changeover day
We have no preferred changeover day. Any arrival/departure day is fine with us, I ensure that organisation in timings is paramount to the bookings that I take on.

Bedrooms: Main bedroom - large with double built-in wardrobes, stunning picture postcard window over bay and its own spacious en-suite bathroom with fully fitted bath, shower, sink and wc.
Second bedroom has twin beds, double built-in wardrobe, fully tiled.
Bathrooms: Spacious shower room with sink and wc.
Plus en suite bathroom to main bedroom.
Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen boasts an electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle.
Utility Room: Washing machine.
Living Rooms: Lovely and large traditional Spanish furnished dining and lounge area with matching wood furniture, sofa which pulls out into 2 single beds, TV, DVD, Sky and VHS with a selection of videos to view.
Other: Those stunning views across the bay from the balcony, to your left you have the magnificent beach and on your right, looking out to the blue sea. You can see the children in the pool or even on the beach whilst you enjoy a cuppa and relax (its that close)

The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. All fresh linen, towels (not beach) and bedding are provided within the apartment and it is fully cleaned once a week.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is ideally located for everything you will need for a most relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Central to absolutely everything from the ports, airport, beaches, bays, shops, restaurants and the wild nightlife of Magaluf. Santa Ponsa Bay boasts every water sport there is from sausage rides, jet-skiing, glass bottom boats, ferries to Dragon Island and much more. The ferry for day trips and rides out is only 2 mins walk away and I would thoroughly recommend Dragon Island one day trip which is very cost effective and most enjoyable - this can be booked on the day just by where the ferry leaves (easily visible from the balcony).

Accessibility
Easy access from the roadside into a large foyer and across to the apartment's front door. Ideal for families with young children, elderly and the disabled as no stairs involved. There are three lifts which will take you down 2 floors to the pool area and beyond the back secured gate, straight onto the beach.

Outside
The apartment overlooks the Bay of Santa Ponsa and below are the beautifully kept gardens of the other apartments within the complex. There is a large shared swimming pool however the minimum depth is 3ft so not suitable for toddlers without the use of inflatables.

Coast/Beach
The gorgeous white sandy beach of Santa Ponsa is within 1 min walk away from a secured back gate. Here you will also find the various boat excursions to other islands etc. Also, a vast array of watersports are waiting for you on the beach itself, eg Banana rides at 10 Euros per person but most enjoyable and not as dangerous as it looks, water skiing - various rates. Wake-boarding - various rates, Jet-skiing - various rates.

Golf
Santa Ponsa Golf and Fitness Club is only 5 minutes car ride away.

Special interest holidays
Watersports galore! Including Banana rides, jet-skiing, pedalo's, motorised pedalo's, water-skiing, wakeboarding, kneeboarding and anything else you can do on the water.

Travel
Palma de Mallorca Airport is only 25 minutes drive away. There is no private parking at our apartment but you can frequently find a parking space along the one way road opposite the main front door although restrictions are in place in certain areas. However, there really is no need for a car as everything is in such close proximity of the apartment and there are plenty of buses to/from Palma City Centre and various other resorts on the Island. Taxi's are plentiful and pass by frequently.

Distances
1 min from beach, glass bottom boat/water sports, shops and a huge variety of restaurants - anything and everything you like to eat/drink. 10 minutes walk to The Square - entertainment for all ages. Western or Aqualand Waterparks 10 mins by car. Magaluf and Palma Nova 8 mins by car. Palma City Centre/Palma Airport 25 mins by car. Poutals Nous - mix with the rich and famous at this stunning marina and walk amongst the million pound yachts.

Further details
I would recommend the following restaurants within Santa Ponsa: Two doors from the block's main front door, is a very popular steak restaurant, many Spanish families dine here although dinner and wine for two will set you back about 60 Euros. Across the bay from the balcony you can see the words - Mason Del Mar, this restaurant is a must on those warm sunny evenings, it is very reasonably priced, a lovely atmosphere, service is fantastic and very organised with the added bonus of watching the sunset over the mountains, so very romantic and fantastic for photo taking; also Pacos, De Vinci's, Jackies, too many to mention are all very well priced and family favourites, all within 5 minutes walking distance from the main front door. For entertainment, I would recommend The Square, left of the main apartment door, 10 mins walk although up a very steep hill, you will be entertained by various lookalike artists and tribute bands which are all pretty good and better than some we have here in England! A fab treat for the kids and a great evening for the whole family where you can dance and they can entertainment themselves in a very safe environment. That's what holidays are all about! For venturing out, I would recommend an evening at the Pirates Show in Magaluf, it may sound expensive but with food and drink included in the price, it is a must see for both kids, teenagers and big kids. Ensure you have your swords at the ready! The Kings Road in Palma Nova where superb snacks are served all day long and the staff friendly, there is also a huge spread of beach opposite if the kids get too bored and whom can go over and play a while.

Late Bookings - Please check availability calendar and if you see that the apartment is not booked, just give us a call and we can take a last minute booking for you. We can also offer discounts for these late bookings so it might be worth a call and we will do all we can to accommodate you.

We require £100 deposit with the final balance payable two months prior to departure.

We are a middle aged couple with four children between us aging from 8 to 15 years. We have worked hard to keep hold of the apartment which is too lovely ever to part with and have fortunately been lucky enough to enjoy many a holidays with the children there or short breaks just for the two of us in the past year.
