Our finca is located 1.5km from the beach at Playa de Muro and 2km from the lively resort of C'an Picafort, with its extensive selection of bars, restaurants and clubs. Also nearby is the Albufeira Wetlands Nature Park, well known for its trails and cycle tracks. A 15 min drive will take you to the lovely inland towns of Sa Pobla, Muro and Santa Margalida with their local colourful weekly markets, as well as to lively Puerto Alcudia, its Roman old town and historic Arta. New motorway connections mean that Pollensa, Formentor and even Palma are all within a 30 minute drive. The finca has 2 double bedrooms with en-suites, 1 twin bedroom and a mezzanine floor with 2 further twin beds. There is one family bathroom and a fully equipped modern kitchen overlooking the private pool and pool terrace with views to the sea. The large cool porch is bordered with palm trees and overlooks the lovely orchard garden with citrus, olive, almond, apple, pear, peach, fig, apricot trees and grape vines.

Notes on accommodation
Traditional high beamed ceilings keep cool in summer. There is an air-conditioning unit in the main lounge, which is also a heater. We also supply fans. We have Spanish digital TV and UK Sky on satellite for our British clients, and will change to Eurosat for our European clients. We also have video and DVD players and a selection of DVDs, tapes and library of books.and music. As well as the outdoor equipment we offer a cot with linen and high chair at no extra cost. We can also provide you with an OFSTED Registered Child Minder to babysit. On your arrival day we will meet you at a nearby bar and show you around personally, even if you have a late or delayed arrival. We also provide a complementary selection of groceries and drinks including water, tea, coffee, milk, pizzas, salad, bacon, eggs, bread & butter, fruit, wine, cava, beer & soft drinks. The bathrooms will also have soap & toilet rolls. Free 24 hour wi-fi.

Accessibility
Wheelchair inaccessible, children welcome, suitable for elderly or infirm, pets not allowed. This accommodation is only suitable for families. We regret we cannot accept bookings from single sex groups.

Outside
The finca is set in 2600 sq. metres. Across the garden is the shady car port and barbecue with a large rustic seating area. The spacious roof terrace has sunbeds and offers panoramic views to the sea, mountains and central plain of Mallorca. The swimming pool is solar warmed and measures 7.5 metres by 4.0 metres, and has a ladder, steps and raised retaining wall surround for safety. The depth varies from 1.56 metres to 1.75 metres. The pool terrace above has sunbeds and gated access. For children we offer some outdoor garden play equipment including table tennis, basketball, swings, toys and a play-pen. The garden also has a pool cabin which has a double sofa bed, toilet and shower. There is a laundry room underneath the pool terrace with washing machine and outdoor drying area.

Nearest beach is at 1.5 kilometres away.

Golf
There is a very popular golf course at Alcanada (5 km), also at Capdepera and Pollensa - within a 30 minute drive.

Further details
Our small country finca, set in 2500 sq.m, is situated up a track off a quiet country lane, just off the main Cán Picafort - Muro - Santa Margalida road. Only 1.5km from the nearest beach and large supermarket and 2km from the resort centre. There is an excellent bar/restaurant only 5 minutes walk down the lane. We are not tour operators, nor have other properties to rent. The finca is our own family home and we try to offer our visitors to Mallorca all the comforts of home, with minimum small print and restrictions. If you would like more information please contact us. If you would like to book, we would require one third of the total rental cost on booking, with the balance invoiced to you 4 weeks before departure. We will provide you with local information, maps and any other help you may need. One week is the minimum rental period. Extra days are charged pro rata at the rate for the period. Bookings which cross-over pricing periods will also be charged pro rata.

Booking notes
We will be flexible for arrival and departure dates, allowing clients to travel on off-peak flight days.

We can also accept payment in pounds sterling. Please check on conversion links for equivalent rates in sterling or other currency. Payments can be made by sterling cheque or by bank transfer in euros or sterling. We will supply bank details on our booking form/contract. Note our 6 NIGHT SPECIAL - 30th June - 6th July 2012 at only 1000 euros !!
