Flexible on changeover days. Arrival time after 4pm and departure time 10am, unless prior arrangements made with the owner.

Why not stay in Felanitx and Cala d'or
Why not stay 1 week here in the wonderful countryside and relax and unwind and 1 week in the lively cala d'or I also have a luxury 4 bedroom apartment directly on the marina, surrounded by restaurants and bars on your doorstep, or in reverse. Ref b6083
Accessibility
Downstairs en-suite bathroom and bedroom with jacuzzi and bidet and WC. Shower room downstairs. Large patio areas surrounding the villa. Suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Private 5 x 10mtr swimming pool with corner steps, sun loungers and BBQ area, separate large pool house with dining and preparation area and fridge/freezer. Beach towels provided. Large grassed garden area.
Coast/Beach
Porto Colom which is 15/20mins away has a choice of beaches and a small marina with some fantastic fish restaurants. Cala D'or approx 25mins away has an exclusive cosmopolitan area with lots of restaurants, cosy calas and beautiful bays. There is a lively marina with fantastic scenery where you can sit in one of the lovely bars or restaurants and watch the luxury yachts pass by.
Golf
Vall D'or golf course is approx 15mins away, which has a great cafe/restaurant and magnificent views to the sea at Porto Colom. They have regular Friday night barbecue evenings. Son Anthem Golf course is approx 30 mins away which also hosts a Hotel and Spa with beauty salon.
Travel
Palma airport is approx 40 mins. Car hire is essential. There a local bus stops to Palma City centre in both Felanitx and Porrerrers where you could park your car and relax and take the bus.
Distances
Felanitx approx 10mins drive away has a lively Sunday market, cycling scene and lots of shops, bus stops, taxi ranks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Also 10 mins to Porrerres a typical lively Spanish town with cafe bars, banks, supermarkets and restaurants, car park and a local bus stop with regular bus rides to Palma City. There is also a large leather factory and Majorcan Pearl Factory.
Further details
The nearest doctors/hospital is Felanitx, it is new and staff are very friendly. Indoor/Outdoor Swimming Pool is 10mins drive away on the main road to Son Mesquida. Horse Riding is available 10mins drive away in Son Negre.The nearest Waterpark is in Arenal which is approx 35mins away.
Booking notes
30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £200 is required (returnable against damages) and must be paid with the final balance.
