Located just 7km from the airport (10 minute drive or taxi ride) on the outskirts of the popular resort of Cala en Porter the villa is conveniently located for access to many of the popular beaches and the golf course at Son Parc (17 Km). The villa is comfortably furnished and is equipped with air-conditioning to the main living room. The south facing covered and open terraces are well equipped for sun bathing and outdoor dining and leisure.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday. The villa is accessible from 2pm on your arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.

Notes on accommodation
The gated and enclosed garden and terrace area are suitable for groups that include children. Cots and high chairs can be made available, please advise us when booking.
Outside
The 9m x 4m private pool set in the secluded walled garden and terrace area. The elevated covered terrace provides comfortable outdoor eating area and is equipped with outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue. The pool terrace is well equipped with sun loungers and offers both sun and shade.
Coast/Beach
The beach of Cala en Porter is a safe, sheltered and gently sloping sandy beach with life guard and first aid facilities, beach showers and toilet facilities. Pedalos, sun beds and parasols are available for hire on the beach, there are also 2 bar restaurants and a gift shop all in easy walking distance. The large beach car park is free and there is a novelty train which makes regular return trips around the resort of Cala en Porter.
Golf
The 18 hole Son Parc golf course situated on the north coast of the island and is just a 17km drive from Cala en Porter and is open year round.
Travel
The airport for the island is Mahon and is just a 7km ride from Cala en Porter. The sea port of Mahon is just 12 km and the sea port at Cuitadella to the north of the island is a distance of 37 km.
Distances
The island is 44 km long and 14 km wide, a very pretty island often referred to as the blue and green island due to its lush green interior landscape and its vivid blue sea and sky surroundings. Nothing is far away and activities include water parks, go kart racing, horse riding, scuba diving, trotting racing and various boat trips from the major ports.
Further details
Within the resort of Cala en Porter you will find supermarkets which provide a free delivery service, a pharmacy, hairdressers, cash machines and several car hire company's. Most restaurants offer a take away service usually for any item from their main menu, also some restaurants provide public entertainments.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is due on booking the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your departure.
