Changeover day
Villa Loka has a one week minimum rental period which must begin on a Saturday or Sunday. Any consecutive period must also be booked in 7 night blocks. Check In is 1500 hrs. and Check Out is 1100 hrs.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air-conditioning in all three bedrooms, underfloor heating, security alarm and ADSL wireless Internet. The villa is very spacious and has generous sized bedrooms and bathrooms, the entire living area covers 250m sq. including the front terrace.
Outside
The villa leads out onto the grand terrace which also incorporates a covered alfresco dining area with table seating for 8 people and sumptuous 'chill out' with two large sofas. The sunsets you will see here are second to none! To the southern side of the house is an infinity pool with stunning sea views to Formentera and more terraces with a Balearic 'sail canopy' chill-out. All three bedrooms have individual access onto the terraces.
Once through the electric gate an illuminated drive curves up to the rear of the house and private parking for up to 6 cars is provided.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is 2 minutes away by car or 5-10 minutes walk.
Golf
There is a golf course about 5 minutes away by car - non members are welcome.
Travel
Ibiza airport is 20 minutes away.
Distances
The villa is well located for quick and easy access to a wide selection of the beaches, villages, nightlife and restaurants Ibiza has to offer. There are a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as the beach.
Further details
The owner lives on the island and is happy to help with any problems or queries you may have with the aim of making your stay there as perfect as possible. Private boat charter can also be arranged through the owner, so take a trip to Formentera and go in search of the perfect beach.

Booking notes
Price includes the services of garden and pool maintenance. There is an cleaning surcharge of £75(GBP) per week. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a non refundable deposition of 25% of the total rental. In addition, in case of breakages/damage, a refundable security deposit of £750(GBP) is required, payable a week before departure. We would prefer family groups or couples only. This is not a party villa and we will not accept bookings for hen or stag parties, or from single sex groups.
