Set in a select private complex in the village of Addaia. Our well appointed first floor apartment that overlooks beautiful countryside. Only 10 minutes walk to the port and sea. The village is on the north east coast and has two restaurants, two bars, a supermarket and gift shop. Nearby is the fantastic beach at Arenal de Castell, the small fishing village of Na Macaret and the Golf Course at Son Parc. The apartment is set in well maintained gardens, which includes a large swimming pool with a separate children’s area.

Balconies to front and rear have tables and chairs/sunbeds. The communal gardens are very well maintained. The large shared swimming pool has a separate children's area and showers. Sun beds are also available poolside.
Coast/Beach
The marina at Addaia is a 10 minute walk. The nearest beach at Na Macaret is only 5 mins by car and a large beach and bay at Arenal de Castell is only 5 mins by car. Arenal beach is ideal for families.
Golf
The beautiful Golf Course at Son Parc is only 15 minutes away by car.
Travel
The airport and port of Mahon are only 20 minutes by car. Car hire is recommended.

Further details
Addaia has two good restaurants, a bar with entertainment and a new bistro/tapas bar (at 2 of the bars, internet facilities are available). The supermarket and gift shop are also close by. At the marina there is also a bar which serves snacks. The nearest cash machines and chemist are only 5 mins by car. Mahon and Cuitadella are very good for shopping and both have a very good choice of restaurants and bars. There are two good water parks near Cuitadella and water sports are available at Arenal and Fornells
Booking notes
Full payment 6 weeks prior to departure. Deposit £50 per person per week at the time of booking. Booking is not confirmed until completed booking form and deposit have been recieved. A refundable £150 bond is required.

About the owner
We are sisters and joint owners of 2-29 Pinimar and have been coming to the beautiful island of Menorca for over 30 years, since we were young children. We consider Menorca to be our second home, and indeed a joyful place for our own children to enjoy.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Port d'Addaya is a wonderful location, with easy access to all local amenities, and simple to obtain transport into Mahon centre. Members of our family have had property in nearby Macaret, and we therefore were very familiar with the area and what facilities were available.
