Other: There are 5 chill out areas /terraces for those moments as well as private and family bathing areas.

Notes on accommodation
Central heating and double glazing in all rooms. Hot water supplied by solar panels. Very suitable for children. Air-Con in all bedrooms and living room , £75 per week.

Accessibility
The house is suitable for children of all ages, however, all young children need to be supervised at all times. The garden is private and safe for children. Elderly people with limited mobility may find it tricky, however, the ground level would be the best option as all living rooms can be accessed.

Outside
The pool is saltwater. This is a much safer and healthier option to that of chlorine. Also, no more green hair. There is a coffee table with chairs on the patio off the kitchen to read your paper with breakfast. The BBQ terrace is accessed from the other French windows in the kitchen. There is grass to one side of the pool and sunbathing areas around the swimming area. Above the pool area there is a chill-out bench and table. From the living room French windows, there is another terrace with tables and chairs for quiet, 'get away from it' reading and a further lower terrace with seating for shade. Bedroom 2 has a balcony with views of the pool leading up to the private roof solarium. The master bedroom has Parisien style French windows. Wake up and open the windows to another day in the Mediterranean with a view onto your pool. Easy parking. All beaches are within 15 mins by car. You can drive to Mahon in 5 minutes. Or there is the water taxi which leaves from Calas Fonts.

Coast/Beach
Cala Padera is 5 minutes walk, there is a restaurant on the cliff side and a cool outdoor cocktail bar. You can sunbathe and swim in the cove (no sand, sunbathing platforms).Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcuafar are all within 10/15 minutes by car.

Travel
Airport, 20 minutes Mahon (main port) 8 minutes. There is a bus service which runs every half an hour to Mahon, San llius and Punta Prima and the rest of the island (via Mahon). The taxi service is excellent. Car hire is recommended if you want explore but not essential.There is also a water Taxi which goes to Mahon from Calas Fonts great if you don't want to drive!

Distances
Es Castell (The Square) is 2 mins walk. Calas Fonts 100m walk. All shops,Tapas bars/restaurants are all within minutes walk of the villa. The villa is so close to everything and so quiet and private. The Port of Mahon is 4km long lined with bars, restaurants and shops. Sightseeing and historical visits are recommended. Everthing is very close to this villa.

Further details
All shops, supermarkets, banks, car hire, taxi rank, bus stops, chemist, doctors, boat trips, boat charter, pizza, Indian, Chinese home delivery all within 3 minutes walk from the villa.
Also the Es Castell and San Lluis festivals are great and suitable for children if they can stay awake. Festivals last all week and all day, carnival and street party! Weekly market in Es Castell.

A 20%deposit to be paid at the time of booking, the balance to be paid by cheque or transfer prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable.
