There are several sunbathing terraces from which to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. The surrounding area is perfect for gentle walks to amazing viewpoints or more challenging hikes across the mountains to Santa Eularia and Cala Llonga. Fresh herbs growing in abundance can be cooked with locally sourced foods on the rooftop BBQ.

Accessibility
Villa is built on the side of a hill and therefore has steps to access the property and steps inside between the various levels.
Outside
The villa has several terraces and outside areas for dining, sunbathing and relaxing. These include the lower terrace which has a table for 8 people to dine in the evenings, a sun deck with high quality sun loungers, and a secluded courtyard with a small pool and sun bed. The lower terrace has spectacular views across the island and in the evening you can dine and watch the sunset.
Steps from this terrace lead to the upper terrace which is primarily for sun bathing, with high quality single loungers and double bed. Steps from here lead to the BBQ Terrace which seats 8 people. Both also have views across the island.
Coast/Beach
15 minutes walk / 5 minutes drive to Cala Llonga beach which has clear shallow turquoise water and a large sandy beach. The resort is fully equipped and is ideal for children. 10-15 minutes north or south and you can access many of Ibiza's famous beaches.
Golf
5 miles from Ibiza Golf Course.
Travel
15 minute drive from Ibiza Airport.
Car hire strongly recommended.
Distances
10 minute drive to Santa Eularia and Ibiza Town for restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
15 minute drive to Santa Gertrudis a traditional Ibizan village with small cafes and restaurants.
30 minute drive to San Antonio for the clubs and bars.
Booking notes
50% of the rental fee due at the time of booking, this is non-refundable. The remaining 50% to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. A 1000 euro security deposit will be requested with the final payment in case of damages and/or breakages. This will be refunded in full within 7 days of guests departure subject to satisfactory property inspection. All payments accepted by bank transfer.
