Villa Bonaire is a modern spacious villa that is Tourist Board registered and approved. Bonaire, is one of the best kept secrets in Mallorca, a quiet residential area with a small marina, 2 little sandy coves, several restaurants and sits at the entrance to the Victoria peninsular, which is a protected nature area. The Pine Forests here are unspoiled and from the top of the mountain walkers will find wonderful views of both the Pto Pollensa and Alcudia bays, plus on a clear day you can see the island of Menorca. Villa Bonaire therefore is in a peaceful location away from the tourist resorts yet close enough to benefit from the facilities they provide. The Crocodilo marina is a walk away with its scuba diving center, sea food restaurant, tapas restaurant and chill out bar. The villa is light and fresh with each room opens onto a terrace. The garden is predominantly lawns with a large pool and tropical plants.

Villa Bonaire sleeps 6 persons - 2 large double bedrooms, 1 twin Bedroom and 2 bathrooms, a washroom, large lounge - dining room, TV room with computer and broadband internet connection, 5 large terraces, kitchen, laundry facilities, all the rooms are light and airy and the master bedroom has air-conditioning. For the winter months the villa is fitted with oil central heating. This modern villa offers an exceptionally fine level of comfort. Each room opens onto a balcony or terrace with fabulous views across the bay of Pollensa. Looking toward Formentor and the Tramuntana mountains beyond and the pine forests of Victoria. The villa also has the advantage of being within a 10 minute drive of the new Golf course in Alcanada, the port of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, the old town of Alcudia, the old town of Pollensa, Cala San Vincent and the inland towns of Sa Pobla and Muro.

This special little corner of Mallorca is away from the tourists and difficult to leave. The large swimming pool and well kept gardens of the villa are private and peaceful, with many little corners to enjoy a good book or your own company. The roof terrace is always a favourite with guests for the panoramic views and magnificent sunsets. One gentle word of warning, Mallorca or Majorca however you wish to spell it will find a place in your heart after your time here. You will come back!

Hello my name is Lynn and I have lived in Puerto Pollensa for nearly 16 years now and have a shop "Artesania" Productos de Mallorca, that specialises in hand products from Mallorca. It is in the old town of Pollensa, towards the back of the church in the main square. It is a joy and together with the rentals keeps me busy and allows me to meet a lot of interesting people.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The area around the house and the house itself is so impressive. As you open the gate and walk through the garden, it is impossible not to relax. The house itself is so light and has so many private areas that 6 people can easily find a quiet place should they wish to.
The upstairs terraces have views all around and to see the views from the roof, how can you not buy it. The intention is to live in the villa eventually and to rent it for holidays in the mean time. The residential area is select, the neighbors have been so friendly and the peace and quiet are something to savor.
