The villa is in a prime location overlooking the Son Bou Beach. It is in a lovely avenue of excellent villas. There are patios with sun or shade at all times of the day and a patio with safety gates which families with children will appreciate. As well as the sea views there are extensive views of the surrounding countryside. The garden is well established with lovely colours of bourgainvilleas and other Mediterranean plants. The the built-in barbeque is on the front patio. The jacuzzi is by the swimming pool. The villa is user friendly for families with children as well as adults. The villa is kept to a very high standard, with a combination of modern and classic furnishings. We are pleased that we have guests who return year after year and who recommend us to their friends. Accessibility
The villa has a ground floor and first floor with steps. Once on the first floor level it would not be necessary to go up and down stairs as there is a bedroom with en-suite. All the living rooms, pool, jacuzzi and patios are on this level.
Outside
There is a main front patio with barbecue overlooking the sea and countryside. There is a patio behind the villa which has gates at either end so children will be safe. There is a pool (8.5m x 4.5m) and jacuzzi with their surrounding patio. There is a large amount of patio furniture including large table and chairs, round table and chairs, sun loungers and lounging chairs.
Coast/Beach
The Son Bou Beach, the longest beach on the island, is about 10 minutes walk. There are water sports of various kinds.
Golf
There is a golf course at Son Parc, approximately half an hour's drive away.
Special interest holidays
Ideal for walkers and bird watchers.
Travel
Mahon Airport is 20 minutes drive. Car hire would be helpful to see the island but it is not essential as all amenities are close to hand.
Distances
Son Bou/St Jaime has various supermarkets, gift shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk.
Booking notes
Deposit of 25% is due to confirm the booking. Full balance is due 8 weeks before departure date. A returnable security payment of £300 is made which is repayable two weeks after return from the villa.
