This comfortable well furnished and well equipped apartment, has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a open plan living/dining area. Large south facing terrace with BBQ patio furniture and sunbeds. There is also a racket court on the complex, along with the 3 pools and gardens. The white sandy sheltered beach is only a 5 minute walk. Tennis Courts, a newly developed 18 hole golf course and range are 1 mile away. Son Parc is said to be the best and safest resort in Menorca. There is a public bus service running and car hire is easily available, as Son Parc is also a good base to explore the rest of the island and towns from. The airport is approximately 20-30 minutes drive away.

Notes on accommodation
The property is managed by an English speaking local couple.
Cots/high chairs are available on request, along with car hire details.
This is a no smoking accommodation only.
Accessibility
The apartment and Son Parc would suit all ages, but does have steps (not in the apartment).
Outside
The terrace is a large and private, with patio table and umbrella six chairs and sunbeds BBQ and clothes aires for use with the apartment only.
There are 2 large pools and a child's pool on the complex for the apartments use only, along with the garden areas.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is about a 5 minute walk (or two minutes drive).
It is a safe enclosed white sandy bayand clear waters, with amenities close by.
Though you can also travel out of Son Parc and visit the many other beautiful coves, bays and beaches of Menorca.
Or take a boat trip from one of the beaches or ports.
Golf
The golf course is approximately 1 mile away in Son Parc, it is a new 18 hole golf course, with a driving range and pitch and put area also.
You can hire equipment (i.e. buggies), there are also showers, wc and changing facilities, also a restaurant and bar (open to the public also) and parking.
Travel
Mahon Airport is approximately 20 - 30 minutes drive from Son Parc, car hire is recommended, but not essential.
Distances
The port/town of Mahon is about 25 minutes drive (incl. shops, restaurants the old town, boat trips, lively evenings).
Fornells is about 15 minutes a pretty fishing village with good restaurants and some water sports.
Es Mercadel is about 15 minutes away being one of the nearest towns offering bank services etc.
Further details
Cuitadella (45 minutes) and Mahon have markets weekly, Menorca has some beautiful walks - Arenal d D'en Castell is about a 40-50 minute walk along the costal path.
The island not being that large (approx 50km long) is great to expore, car hire is advisable.
