Beautiful landscaped gardens which are for the use of clients from this complex only. Clients can take garden furniture into garden and enjoy the sunshine most of the day in great surroundings. Private car parking area for clients from this complex only.

Coast/Beach
3 minutes walk will take you to a small unexplored cove which is never too crowded even in the height of season. 7-10 minutes walk to a larger beach with beach bar, sunbeds and shades, activities etc. Coastal path joins both beaches so a very enjoyable walk will take you along the sea front. Also there are in walking distance various virgin beaches where one can have the luxury of enjoying a completely private beach.

Golf
15 minutes drive from apartment takes you to the Vall D'or golf course with spectacular sea views down to the fishing village of Port Colom.

Travel
50 minutes drive to Palma de Mallorca airport or port area of Palma Capital.
Car hire is recommended in this area but not entirely essential.

Distances
5 minutes drive to various undiscovered beaches where on one of these the sport of abseiling is practiced.
10 minutes drive to the famous fishing village of Porto Cristo which is also famous for the underground Caves of Drach.
Or 10 minutes inland takes you to the town of Manacor for large hypermarkets, restaurants, shops, boutiques etc.

Further details
5 minutes walk from apartment takes you to a shopping area which includes many different shops eg. souvenirs, perfume shops, chemists, rent a car, supermarkets, clothes shops.
In this area there are also various restaurants from typical Spanish, Italian pizzerias, home cooked British food, Chinese and take aways plus much more.
Local bank, Doctors surgery and childrens play parks are also within 5 minutes walk.
Car hire and excursion offices are very near to apartment offering excursions all around the island.
