The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a separate bathroom and an open plan L-shaped living dining and kitchen area. It is decorated in a modern style. Some of the rooms are separated by sliding doors that allow the living space to be opened up even further to create an airy, spacious feel. It is located on the 8th floor of the block which results in stunning views across the bay of Palma and the King of Spain's Mallorcan residence. Illetas is a quiet, largely upmarket resort, dominated by residential living and a number of 4 and 5 star hotels. It has a beautiful horse shoe shaped beach that is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment (or 2 minutes on the bus). There are buses available right outside to Palma that run every 10 minutes, several bars, shops and restaurants in the area around the apartment and a taxi rank two minutes walk away. The stunning marina at Portals is only 5 minutes drive where all the millionaires park their yachts and the beautiful people sip cocktails!

Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but alternative arrangements can be made.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed. The sliding doors that separate the room from the living area can be opened up to provide stunning views across the bay of Palma.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed and bunk beds. |

The luxury bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a rain down shower head, separate wc and sink. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen has all the relevant appliances, including large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, with the washing machine and dryer located in a separate cupboard in the bathroom. |
| Living Rooms: |
The living area is an open plan L-shaped area that includes a separate dining area (seating 6 comfortably) and a lounge area with 3/4 length windows to 2 sides. The lounge has a sofa and TV, DVD player and Sky TV is also available (please bring card). |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
All towels (including beach towels) and linen are provided. They are changed weekly. The property is cleaned weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
The property is located on the eighth floor but has no balcony and is therefore suitable for children. The 3/4 windows open extensively but these can be locked. We have four children of our own!

Accessibility
There are a number of steps to the pool area but this readily accessible unless you have severe disabilities. Please contact us if you require clarification.
Outside
The beautiful shared gardens provide a sheltered area and a relaxing short walk to the pool and club area.
The complex has two pools, a large pool with both deep and shallow areas and a splash pool for the very small children. The pool area has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. The pool area also has direct access to the sea for the keen swimmers and divers.
In addition, users of the apartment will have access to the "Zodiac Club", a private members facility that provides great food and drink until the sunbathing stops with an inside area and two terraces overlooking the sea. It is also open some evenings and hosts events including its legendary barbeques.
Golf
Mallorca is famous for its golf courses and the Royal Bendinat course is only 10 minutes walk. There are a number of great courses withing a short driving distance such as at Santa Ponsa Country Club, son Vida and Son Muntaner.
Travel
The nearest airport is Palma (Son Sant Joan) which is approximately 30 minutes drive. The cost is about 25 euros. Alternatively there is a plentiful supply of car hire companies at the airport, although having a car is not required for the apartment unless you fancy exploring Mallorca further.
Distances
The apartment is within Illetas, which has all the facilities you require for a wonderful stay. Palma city is less than 10 minutes on a bus, which run every 10 minutes. The stunning marina at Portals is only 10 minutes away. Marineland is also located at Portals.
If a livelier holiday is what you are after, Magalluf and Palma Nova are only a 20 minute ride away. If its scenery you are after take a drive up to Valdemossa and through the mountains to Deia and Pollenca.
