Gorgeous 2 bed/2 bath villa with a lovely secluded Mediterranean garden and enticing private pool; the perfect place to chill out, unwind and from which to make the most of everything the wonderful ‘White Island’ has to offer. Quietly situated on a hillside between Ibiza Town (Eivissa) and Santa Eulalia; only 10/15 mins from Ibiza Town, some great restaurants/bars such as Amante, Bambuda Grove, Aura, Nagai .....,5 mins from Santa Eulalia and 5 mins from the nearest beach and the golf course (by car). Our lovely home away from home has stunning views of the sea, Formentera and the pine covered hills. Laze or dine on the south facing, very private and beautifully furnished terraces. The villa is "upside down" to take best advantage of the amazing views and is fully and luxuriously equipped, including Sky TV, air-conditioned bedrooms and WiFi throughout, to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Prices are for the property per 7 nights in UK Pounds. We accept payment by direct bank transfer or by credit card through Paypal (subject to an additional 4% fee).
Whilst we can accommodate babies and have a small travel cot we can supply, the villa is not suitable for toddlers/young children.
Changeover day
Peak Season (June- September) Saturday changeovers only, otherwise Fridays/Saturdays preferred but negotiable. Arrival and departure times also negotiable.

Notes on accommodation
A car is essential. Sorry, no young children, the pool is quite deep even in the shallow end and not fenced and there are a number of steps and stairs at the villa. The villa is located in a quiet area on the Eastern side of the island well away from the large nightclubs. so it is not suitable for those looking for a "clubbing holiday".
You can view even more TV channels if you bring your Sky card with you, not that you'll want to be inside watching TV!
Accessibility
Not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are a number of steps and stairs.
Outside
Lovely, very private and walled Mediterranean garden with 8 x 4m pool. Secluded terraces, chill out area and outdoor kitchen area with sink and barbecue, for preparing those essential pool-side snacks and drinks. Gorgeous outdoor lighting makes the terraces the perfect place for pre-dinner drinks or a romantic meal on the evenings you decide not to sample the fantastic local restaurants. Plenty of parking, including large garage with automatic door and direct access to kitchen.
Coast/Beach
5 mins, by car, from the nearest beach at Cala Llonga and only a short drive to numerous other beautiful sandy beaches with all the usual water-sport facilities.
Golf
Only 5 mins, by car, from the excellent facilities at the 9 and 18 hole Roca Lisa courses.
Travel
15 mins drive from the airport. Whilst taxis are abundant on the island, the villa is located in the countryside and a car is essential in order to make the most of your holiday.
Distances
Approx. 10km from Ibiza Town, 4km from Santa Eulalia, 4km from Cala Llonga with it's lovely sandy beach.
Further details
Easy to find with tarmac access the whole way, not always the case in Ibiza! The nearest village is Siesta, about 2km, which has shops for basic provisions and Santa Eulalia is only 5 mins away, by car, offering everything you could need on holiday.
The villa has a lovely wood burner in the lounge and cental heating throughout (available at an additional charge), making it an ideal place to spend some time out of season.
We also have a small safe so no need to carry everything around with you! (valuables left at your own risk).
Booking notes
25% deposit payable on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to stay.
Refundable damage deposit of £750 payable with final payment - to be repaid once maid check completed, within 14 days of end of stay.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We have always loved Ibiza, having been visiting the island for over 20 years, and were finally able to buy our own house there in 2008. The house is perfectly located no matter what time of year we visit the island. St Eulalia is a real hub for local life throughout the year with it's fantastic food market and excellent range of shops and restaurants, most of which stay open throughout the year due to the fact that many locals live in the area.
