Notes on accommodation
There is an air-conditioning/heater unit in the main bedroom. Gates are fitted on the veranda to secure the pool area. The pool has steps into the shallow end making it perfect for children. There is also a fabulous roof terrace in addition to the front veranda, again with amazing elevated sea views.
Outside
There is a fixed barbecue on the front veranda and a mobile barbecue pool side. Sun loungers and outdoor tables and chairs are also provided.
Coast/Beach
The lovely Binibeca beach with palm shaded bar is an honest 2 minute walk away.
Travel
Mahon airport is a 10 minute drive from the villa.
Distances
The capital city of Mahon is a 10 minute drive away and the local village of Cala Torret with restaurants and bars overlooking the sea is a 5 minute walk away.
