The villa is part of a small attractive, secluded development of 8 villas, with views over open countryside and a large communal pool. The villa has a good size kitchen with full range of pine units, crockery, pans etc, washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven. Downstairs bathroom with small sit up bath with shower over, wc vanity unit with sink. Lounge with quality furniture inc double pullout bed settee, TV, Satellite free-view channels, DVD. Patio doors lead to terrace overlooking pool with table chairs and sun loungers. Upstairs a double bedroom with balcony and a twin bedded room both with a good range of fitted wardrobes. Large bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet, wash basin. The village centre is 200m walk where you will find 3 restaurants, bars, mini-market/bakery, shop/newsagents, tennis court and dive centre. 10 min walk will get you to the lovely marina. Golf at Son Park 6 min drive.

Changeover day
Changeover day various please contact us. Access to the villa is from 2pm on arrival day. The villa must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. We will endeavour to be flexible whenever possible.

A great family villa suitable for couples and children of all ages.
Accessibility
At the front of the villa there are 2 small steps and one small step on to the patio.
Outside
The small complex of 8 villas is at the end of a cul de sac with open countryside to one side. There is ample parking on the road with a small path that leads to the front door. The lounge patio doors open on to the sun terrace overlooking the large pool with children's section which is shared only by the other 7 villas. Poolside shower and large brick BBQ for the use of the 8 villas. Large patio table and umbrella with 6 chairs and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The lovely sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castel is approx 5 min drive. Son Bou a large sandy beach approx 4km. Son Parc beach approx 10 min drive. The island is full of amazing beaches you are never far from one. Explore!
Golf
Son Park (18 holes) golf course is a 6 minute drive. Ideal for beginners and experts alike. An attractive setting surrounded by beautiful countryside. Tennis courts are also available. After a day of sport why not visit the club house and restaurant for a relaxing drink.
Travel
Mahon Airport approx 20 min by car. Car hire is recommended to take full advantage of this fantastic island.
Distances
The capital Mahon is approx 15 min drive fantastic harbour, restaurants, night life and shopping. Glass bottom boat tours. Market day Sat and Tue.
Fornells approx 15 min drive lovely fishing village with shops and so many restaurants amazing sea food.
Na Macaret (3km) little fishing village 3 good restaurants.

A diving school operates in the area. Windsurfing, sailing school at Fornells. Yacht charter in Mahon port. Horse riding 5 min drive
