Its situation at an altitude of 140m above sea level enjoys a sea view in the distance and great sunset panoramas. Upon entering the house you will find left of the hallway a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. These rooms share a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Right of the hallway you will pass through an office space to access the big living room. The living room has lots of light and beautiful views through every window and doors opening unto a big covered terrace great for alfresco dining. Next to the living room is a modern fully equipped kitchen. Going up some steps you enter the master bedroom with bathroom en suite.
