This terrific frontline apartment overlooks the beach and Port Adriano marina. The apartment is also close to the golf courses of Santa Ponsa. Full width French windows allows access to the generous patio from both the lounge and master bedroom. The patio has a table and 4 chairs for outside dining and 2 sun loungers. The lounge includes a large corner sofa (additional double sofa bed) and a large flat screen TV with UK SKY channels. Each of the 2 bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and two single beds that can be joined together to form a super king sized double. The bedrooms are separated by a family sized bathroom with a bath/shower. The beautiful sandy beach is a 2 minute walk from the apartment; another 2 minutes and you are at the fabulous Port Adriano marina with its variety of bars/restaurants. 5 minute walk brings you to El Toro with many shops, bars, restaurants which largely retain a Spanish flavour. The beach bar has a pool that can be used for a small fee.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is ground floor and therefore suitable for children. The patio allows adults to sit peacefully watching the sun set while children are safely tucked up in bed or watching Sky TV/DVD. It is directly accessed from both the lounge and main bedroom via full width patio doors and offers great views to the sea and the marina of Port Adriano. As it is South facing it also has full sun from morning until night. Sun canopies are also available that can almost be extended across the full patio offering shade from the sun and offers comfortable al fresco dining.
The village of El Toro and the marina in Port Adriano (designed by Phillipe Starke) offer everything for a relaxing holiday but Santa Ponsa and Magaluf are within a 5 minute taxi ride. Portals Nous is also 10 minutes away and there are regular buses and taxis directly outside the main entrance.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor and lifts are available to the top entrance on the 7th floor. There is also access direct to the ground floor from the front car park.
The apartment is located in a very private location and secure.
Outside
The generous patio is south facing with sun from morning to late evening. Two sun loungers are available as is a dining table and chairs. A restaurant/bar directly in front of the apartment and next to the sea shore has a swimming pool with extensive sunbathing areas that can be used by residents for 3 euros (open April - Sept).
The beach is only a 2 minute walk away and can be seen from the patio. Port Adriano is being developed into a premier location with over 100m euros being spent to accommodate mega yachts and which is being designed by Phillipe Starke.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is frontline and situated directly on the shore. It overlooks a small bay with a secluded beach (not commercial) which is a short 2 minute walk away and that can be seen from the apartment. In addition Santa Ponsa beach is a 5 minute drive.
Golf
Mallorca has a great reputation for all year round golf because of the mild winters. There are 17 golf courses around the island with around 10 of these within a 20 minute drive of Port Adriano. Santa Ponsa itself has three with closeby Son Ferrer also having its own golf course.
At the time of writing this the cost of playing Santa Ponsa I is around 80 euros for 18 holes or 40 euros for 9 holes. Buggies are available for hire at 40 euros per round.
Special interest holidays
Apart from the obvious interests of golf, sailing and sun, there are a number of special interest holidays including art, walking, horse riding, cycling, sea sports, diving. The area is especially blessed with good golf courses, sailing, diving and cycle tracks.
Travel
There are many flights to Palma (PMI). The airport at Palma (PMI) is 20km away (25 mins drive). Taxi is around 30 euros. El Toro is well served by buses with a public bus that stops regularly outside the apartment with regular services to Santa Ponsa, Magaluf and Palma. A car is not needed but recommended if you wish to appreciate the full beauty of the island. Taxis operate regularly in the area and are inexpensive and reliable.
