Our apartments are situated on the north coast in an idyllic, tranquil setting amidst mature gardens. All of the apartments have sun terraces with magnificent sea views across the sandy horseshoe shaped bay of Arenal d'en Castell - one of the best beaches in Menorca.Two apartments are directly above the beach, two others are higher up with steps to the beach. The well furnished apartments benefit from many additional extras.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK pounds and are for 1-4 persons.
A 10% supplement is charged for each additional person in 2 bedroom apartments.
Changeover day
Fridays preferred for all apartments, but some flexibility is possible if adjoining bookings suit.
Notes on accommodation
Major improvements have recently been completed in all of the apartments. The internal floors and outside patios in three of the apartments have been retiled throughout and the rear yards have also been retiled. There are new bathrooms and kitchens in all apartments. Windows and patio doors have been replaced with double glazed units. Flat screen TV's with satellite connection and DVD players have been installed in all apartments.
Accessibility
Not suitable for people with mobility problems due to steps.
Outside
All of the apartments have front terraces with amazing sea views. The terraces of Casa Blanca and Sunset Beach directly overlook the beach, Tramontana and Migjorn are set back higher amongst the gardens and have very large terraces with dramatic front and side views. All terraces have table and chairs, reclining sun loungers and BBQ. Sunset Beach and Migjorn also have a rear yard for storage/washing lines.
Coast/Beach
The long, horseshoe shaped beach at Arenal is considered to be one of the best beaches on Menorca. and has "blue flag" status for its water quality and safety. There are many other beaches, fishing villages, boating and recreational facilities within easy reach.
Golf
Son Parc Golf Course 15 mins.
Travel
Mahon airport is 15km.
We recommend car hire although it is not essential.
Further details
The area provides good shopping facilities and also has several excellent restaurants. Wind surfers, boats, pedallos, umbrellas and sunloungers may be hired from the beach. The beach is cleaned every day and has crystal clear water making it ideal swimming and snorkelling for all ages. Good walks can be taken along the coastline paths. A fresh water swimming pool is within 5 minutes walk.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is payable to confirm the booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
