It is excellently located 15 minutes walk from the centre of Cala D'Or, with the beautiful beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena less than 5 minutes walk away. There are also many shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. There are tennis courts and a golf driving range opposite which can be used for a small fee. The apartment has satellite TV and a DVD player. Vall D'Or Golf is a 10 minute drive away.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is situated between the beaches of Cala Serena and Cala Ferrera, both are less than 5 mins walk away. The 5 other beaches of Cala D'Or are also nearby as well as Cala Mondrago beach and national park which is a 10 minute drive. The Caves of Drach in Porto Cristo are a 15 minute drive away.
Golf
Vall D'or 18 hole golf course is a 10 minute car journey away, it has an exclusive restaurant, snack bar and large swimming pool, all in luxurious surroundings with panoramic sea views looking out over Porto Colom and Cala D'Or. There is also a golf shop next to the apartment and a driving range opposite.
Travel
Cala D'Or is a 50 minute drive/taxi ride from Palma airport. Once in the area car hire is not necessary as all amenities are within easy walking distance.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 25% deposit will be required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. A £100 damage deposit is required at the time of booking which will be refunded within a week of return providing there is no damage. In the case of cancellation within 8 weeks of your stay 50% will be refunded, cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival are non-refundable.
