The pedestrianised area makes it safe for everyone especially the kids. However if you do hire a car, the car park is only 70 metres from the apartment. If all the amenities on your doorstep - beach, marina, restaurants, boutiques etc are not enough, then you could head to the famous golf course at Alcanada just 2kms away or the historic walled town of Alcudia with its twice weekly markets, quaint pedestrianised streets perfect for alfresco dining.

Apartment is adjacent to the beach which extends for some 20km along the coast. The Alcudiamar marina complex with its restaurants and International marina is also only 50 metres away. The beach resort of Pto Pollencia is only 8km away and easily accessed by local bus service or taxi.
Golf
Alcanada Golf Club, with club house bar and top class restaurant, is within 2km, while Pollensa Golf is only 10 minutes drive away.
Travel
Palma Airport (Son Sant Joan) is only 45 minutes away by car.
Distances
You are only 2km from the beautiful old town of Alcudia and 8 from Pto. Pollencia. The market town of Inca is only a short drive away and the picturesque area surrounding Soller is only a hour away through the breathtaking mountainous road.
